Couldnt fault our staybrilliant

I have stayed at Statham Lodge on numerous occasions. The rooms are always comfortable and the staff are friendly.

I had booked for my son, daughter in law and grand daughter to join me for breakfast on the Sunday. We waited over half an hour for it to arrive and my daughter in laws breakfast was stone cold. They offered to make another so we waited for another breakfast for her. The previous morning I was asked if I required anything else from the breakfast table before they cleared it, on the Sunday all the breakfast food was taken away while we were still eating. Breakfast finished at 10.00, but we had waited half an hour for ours and then a second for my daughter in laws, and we were not asked before they cleared the breakfast table if we would like anything else. The staff also cleared our table of additional breakfast items while my daughter in law was still eating. It is merely polite not to clear the table of additional breakfast items while a guest is still eating.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was extremely comfortable. My only gripe would be the shower over the bath is fixed and for a small elderly person they are not ideal. Breakfast was fine, a few more choices of cereal, would be good. the fresh fruit was delicious. Again Staff efficient tables cleared promptly. Lovely gardens. We used to live in Lymm and have been to a few weddings and NSPCC functions years ago. Always a success.

Nothing really. There was a small wedding - the noise wasn't too intrusive but it was slightly irritating when trying to sleep after a long day. Maybe you should warn guests, when booking.

Lovely hotel and a good location Nice interior with friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Very relaxing hotel close to the airport.
