Nice flat but poor communication ruined it for me

A cozy apartment with a fairly comfortable bed. It was well equipped with tea and shower stuff (although the body was was basically bubbly water but not an issue if you bring your own stuff). Check in itself was easy however the host was terrible at communication and very unhelpful, not letting me know until 15 minutes before check in time how to find the place and how to get in which was extremely stressful for planning my day. Did not accommodate dropping our bags off an hour earlier so would avoid staying here again.

Great spot to access all of warrington and beyond

Location was perfect for accessing warrington. Right in the town centre on the doorstep of shops, bars and restaurants. Bus and train station a few minutes walk. Free parking was additional bonus. Everything you would need is already in the room such as shampoo, towels and cleaning products..... Even salt and pepper!

The sofa should face the tv to save on the old neck muscles 😆 I think clearer details on where the parking spot is would be helpful, the sat nav couldn't find it so my partner had to hop out the car to locate on foot due to the one way system making it difficult if we drove past it. Obviously once we knew where it was then it was easy to find again. Just a little feedback as none of these impacted on our stay (we moved the sofa then put it back before leaving)

Property was clean and very secure. Situated in the heart of Warrington town however noise is very minimal.

One bed Rylands

It was 3 min walk from where I had to be.The flat was clean and had all the essentials needed. Fridge,cooker,kettle etc. Just a few min from town centre as well.

There was no Internet password on the side of the fridge as stated. On the day of booking got an email to say parking was not included and had to let them know if I required it.tried phoning but no answer. The bedroom was small and I literally had to get on the bed from the foot end as there's no walking space on either side of the bed.

It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Lovely cosy small flat.

The bedroom has a bed squeezed in the room so you have to climb over the kickboard to get on the bed. Nothing major

Fantastic

Really nice place to stay, it’s very cosy and warm. The facilities are excellent too, washing machine cooker and bridge freezer. It’s was spotless clean, and would definitely stay again.

Nothing, this is not a negative but the tv could be better placed On a bracket at the end of bed. This like I said not a negative comment just a pointer.
