Arrowhead Lake Woodland Hideaway

Welcome to our newly renovated home located in the amenities filled Arrowhead Lake Community. It is the perfect getaway for natural scenic beauty and fun-filled year-round activities.

At the Woodland Hideaway, we offer a bright and airy entertainment room with 58” Roku TV with full size pool table and foosball table. Digital pinball machine. Fully stocked kitchen with rice cooker, Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, slow cooker, utensils, chopsticks, cups, pots/pans. A charcoal grill is available in the back yard. Extendable s’mores sticks as well as 10 Adirondack chairs are available for you to use to roast marshmallows around the fire pit.

Included are essentials like bed linens, pillows and blankets, bath and hand towels, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry and dish washing tablets, dish and hand soaps, garbage liners, spices and more!

Central heater located on all 3 floors, except for entertainment room which has an electric fireplace.
Window AC available in each bedrooms. Mini-split available on the second floor.

Various water crafts can be rented at the Rental shack by the island pool.

We are about a 5 mins drive to the Choctaw pool.

For the winter activity adventurers, about 10 minutes drive from the house is a wonderful hill, perfect for snow tubing in the community. There are 3-4 sleds available for you to use. Around between December-March when the lake freezes over, you can ice skate or try ice fishing on our lake. There are 5 pairs of all terrain snowshoes that you can use to walk on the snow.

Jack Frost ski resort is about 20 minutes away from the house.
Camelback mountain is 30 minutes away.
The Crossings Premium Outlets is 30 minutes away.

We are located in the gated Arrowhead Lake Community, which will give you access to all the available amenities: 3 seasonal outdoor pools ( closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts, walking trails, fitness center and the lodge (with adults billiards room, great room/library and fantastic family activities on various weekends).

*****MANDATORY community fees, NOT included and must be paid to Arrowhead Lake at least 7 days before arrival. It is required all year round for all guests age 6 and up at following rate:

In-season rate, from May 24 to September 2: $8.50 per person per night or $42.50 per week.

Off season rate, from September 3 to May 23: $2 per person per night.

Gate card for each vehicle is $20 per vehicle.


Owner will Initiate community rental forms 2 week before check in.

Exactly 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive your check-in instructions with the door code to the house.

Sorry but NO PETS or SMOKING/VAPING is allowed. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for breaking either rule.

Please note, minimum age to book is 25 y/o and there is no exception to this rule.

The price of this rental is for accommodations only. We make our best efforts to keep all amenities available and in working order (i.e., hot tub, arcade games, fireplace, pool/foosball table, games, internet, community amenities etc.) at all times. By booking this accommodation you understand amenities are not guaranteed or included in the price of this listing. No refunds will be issued for any amenity unavailable during your stay. You further understand any resort community offerings are provided by the community and not by us as the host. No refunds will be issued for any community offering unavailable during your stay.


Other things to note
Please note, registration with the community and community fees is required at least 7 days prior to arrival. You will be denied access into the community without prior registration and no refunds will be given.

PLEASE DO NOT book if your arrival date is less than 5 days away. Last minute reservation is not allowed due to HOA pre-registration requirements.

Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. There is no overflow parking or public parking lot inside the community.
