Perfect for large families and groups, this spacious home offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. Nestled near Lake Arrowhead, enjoy breathtaking views and endless outdoor activities, all just minutes from your doorstep. With ample seating for 16+ guests, this home is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, or a peaceful retreat.
After a fun-filled day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub or relax in the spacious, comfortable living areas, designed to accommodate everyone. Plus, we’ve made sure the little ones are taken care of with two Pack ‘n Plays, two high chairs, and extra air mattresses available for additional guests.
Bedrooms & Comfort:
Each of the five bedrooms features Smart TVs for your entertainment:
Master Suite: This large, luxurious room includes a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Connected to the main suite is a cozy additional bedroom, perfect for kids, featuring both a king and a queen bed, as well as a walk-in closet stocked with Pack ‘n Plays and air mattresses.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a closet with additional Pack ‘n Play bedding.
Upstairs Bedroom 3: Offers another king-size bed for ultimate relaxation.
Upstairs Bedroom 4: Features a comfortable queen bed.
Downstairs Bedroom 5: Includes a king-size bed and a desk, perfect for work or study.
Additionally, there are two full bathrooms located in the hallway, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Hot tub available year-round on the deck.
Driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars.
Kitchen table seats 8 comfortably, while the dining room table seats up to 12.

Three outdoor pools open from 11 AM to 7 PM during the summer
Newly renovated lodge with a fitness center, library, adult billiards room, and an Arrowhead store

Family game lounge featuring ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and more
A rental shack offering bikes, boats, and sports equipment
Booking & Membership Information:
To access the community amenities, all guests aged 6 and over must purchase a temporary membership (fees not included in booking). The following fees apply:
In-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $8.50 per night/person or $42.50 per week/person
Off-season (after Labor Day to Memorial Day): $2.00 per night/person
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
Registration details will be sent about two weeks prior to your stay. Please note, late submissions or changes may result in cancellation.

Inside of the facility is quite clean, though the outside might need some cleaning of spider webs, maybe some touch-up paint as well. Only about 15 minutes of leisure walk to the nice little beach. Fortunately for us, the weather was very nice during our stay. The air was so nice and clean to breathe.

Beautiful home with more than enough room for all to do their own thing. Owner was attentive with any issues we had. We would book this house again.
