Vehicle registration fees and mandatory amenity fees apply and are paid separately. The amenity fees, detailed further below, cover use of the community amenities, which include four beaches, three heated pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), basketball court, tennis courts (outdoor), sand volleyball court, playgrounds, and the community lodge featuring a fitness center, billiards room and more.

Vehicle registration fees of $20 per vehicle per stay, and amenities fees of $2 per person per day in the offseason (after Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day) and $8.50 per person per day during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for age 6 and older occupants are required by the community and are paid separately to the community shortly before your stay. Amenities are listed above. An additional one-time $20 processing fee is applied at registration. Info to register is sent around two weeks before your stay.
