About this house rental
Your home away from home in Pocono Summit with 4 bedrooms. This terrific house features 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed in that 4 can sleep, additional 2 floor mattresses in the master bedroom, 1 sofa bed in living room (same size of queen bed), 1 sofa bed in master bedroom and 1 futon in living room, all together make a potential sleeping arrangement for 10+ and 3 bathrooms with a shower and jetted bathtub. You'll also enjoy the AC, heating, WiFi, and more. With a spacious living room and office area, there's plenty of room for everyone. We think our place will help you experience everything Pocono Summit has to offer.

Before check out,
Towel and Linen!
All dirty towels must be put it into a washer.
All the bed sheets must be pulled off and can be placed on the ground by bed.
Dishes, Pot and Pans!
**All fees are subject to sales tax determined by Vbro
left over food must be scrapped off the Pot, pans and dishes into Trash can, not into sink as we don't have garage disposal. all the dishes, pots and pan must be washed.
All the left over Groceries like meats, chicken, dairy and produce must be discarded from the fridger/ refrigerator in order to consider our future guest's personal choices and health concerns over food allergies. Dry spices are okay.
Additional cleaning fees $200 for dirty dishes and dirty pet bowls.
In the case of use of dish washer, all dirty dishes must go into dish washer, and start the dish washer.
Trash!
All Trash can must be emptied. and put all the garbage into the big garbage cans in the back.
Events are allowed, but not more than 25 guests.
HOTTUB !
**All fees are subject to sales tax determined by VBRO
Use of Hottub is on your own safety; kids under 12 are not allowed. Any alcoholic or non Alcholic beverage are restricted into the hottub.
you will get a clean Hottub done in morning on the check-in day, so it will be fresh and ready to use for your stay. Guest will have to notify us in advance if they are using a Hot tub, it is must! so, the hot tub will cleaned and already to go for them with proper maintenance!
NO SMOKING!
**All fees are subject to sales tax determined by VBRO and it will be charged automatically.
Cigarette smoking is permitted outside the property only.
$500 automatically charged for smoking inside the house; $200 charged for throwing cigarette’s remains on the grounds.
Other vaping/smoking (i.e. marijuana) inside or outside the property is at least $1000 fine. In addition, if we find the smell of the smoke smell inside the house, the charge will double the rent amount you paid as the following guest for the house can’t be occupied due to the smell.
Use of Community amenities!
Guest are responsible to get a badge to use Community pool and lake beach access. the cost is $5 per person/day, for age 14 years and old. This payment goes to a Community and guest may stop by at the office to get a badge.
