Welcome to our Rustic Lakefront house on Lake Nadine in Stillwater Lakes Resort community! Enjoy The Beautiful VIEWS from your own PRIVATE DOCK or sitting in the private hot tub in the secluded backyard! We have kayaks & a pedal boat for guest use!
This unique property features 3BED/2BATH in the Main House Plus a 2 Bed/1 Bath Guest House with Kitchenette connected by porch to main house.
The main house is older, rustic in style, and has smaller bathrooms, but it has just a couple steps to get inside and is all on one level for those with mobility issues. Open Concept living area with stone-faced gas FIREPLACE, high ceilings with wood beams, double French doors lead to an outside deck area and JACUZZI Hot Tub! Newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, BONUS ROOM off the kitchen with wood-burning stove offers additional space to relax and entertain!
The guest house was renovated in April 2025, and has a large up to date bathroom as well as a large loft bedroom, kitchenette, and a bedroom downstairs adjacent to the game room in the converted garage.
Our house is within easy walking distance of the community pool and the resort has multiple lakes, clubhouse, picnic area, playground, sports courts, and more.
The house has a private hot tub, firepit, dock on the lake with kayaks you can launch directly from the dock, game room, TVs and WiFi, fire pit, cornhole and other outdoor games, front deck to relax on, and more.
IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too.
Your pets (up to 3) are also welcome with paid pet fee. The house sleeps 10 guests - 4 beds across the two houses (King, 2 queen beds, and a full size), plus 2 futons.
Inside the ~1,100 square foot main house you will find three bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. Then there is a 600 foot 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom guest house connected by the deck to the main house. 3 bedrooms in main house: (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full size/double bed) ,1 futon and 1 couch in living room, and a loft bedroom in guest house with 2 queen beds, 2 bunkbeds and 1 futon. This lake house has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, great room for TV and gathering, huge outdoor deck directly across from the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view and much more.
Our lake house, Crystal Water Retreat, is part of Stillwater Lakes resort community so guests have access to all of the community amenities.

The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job, we ended up washing our linens, mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. We had a minor toilet water line leak and the hot tub needed cleaning. Our host was very responsive and had people out promptly to deal with the water line and the hot tub. All in all it was a good rental. The property could use some tender love and care, some typical maintenance items that could use some fixing. Everything worked, kayaks and dock are good. WiFi is good, temperature control was good, major appliances were good, washer and dryer are small but serviceable.

The check in process was excellent & the host was very responsive when we found missing things--hand towels & washcloths-- but quickly sent to us along with a nice welcome treat the next day. Property definately needed additional cleaning for the price we paid. Lots of cobwebs & dust bunnies in corners & on ceiling fans. I had to wipe out drawers before putting our food into them. The kitchen was well stocked & even had a decent amount of spices. We found decent pans (no large baking pans though) & utensils for cooking for a group of 11 & there were nice dishes for use. Coffee pods were a nice feature! The fire pit was great & outside chairs were in decent condition, but 3 of them were cracked. The king sized mattress was super firm & was pretty uncomfortable for the ones that stayed there. The other mattresses were good--pillows were a bit flat. The mid-sized bedroom by the kitchen had no closet space & the rain sounded like it was coming right in there, but it wasn't--just super loud like hitting a tin pail. The small bathroom by the kitchen could use a good sanding, painting & cleaning behind the toilet (rust & cobwebs). The shower curtain was not long enough & I had to wipe up the water on the floor after every shower. It was great to be right by the lake & the kayaks were loved by all as was the hot tub. It was in a nice neighborhood for biking/walking. I did see a bear on a ride, so be careful. Lots of cool deer in the area. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Host was extremely nice and fast at replying to anything you needed for. The house could be cleaner and maybe up to date on somethings but the lake and fire pit were really nice and relaxing. :)

Overall this is a reallynice house. It needs a good deep cleaning and some landscaping but we had a great time. Fire pit is too small and nor deep enough. Still got a good fire going. Planning another trip up there in the fall
