About this house rental
Beautiful modern colonial next to Still Water Lake, Kalahari, Camelback and major Pocono winter attractions, built with a lot of upgrades. Very spacious 5 bed and 2.5 bath villa with new modern furniture and appliances in the upscale Pocono Summit Still Water Lake community.
The serene private setting will transport you into the lap of nature, but at the same time, you won't miss the city life when you feel the need for it as shopping areas, bowling alleys, and restaurants are close by. Ideal for large groups
The house is next door to Kalahari Water Park and Treetop Adventure (less than 2 miles away) and close to all major Poconos attractions for summer and winter fun like Camelback Ski Resort, Big Boulder Mountain, Jack Frost Mountain, Shawnee Mountains, many beautiful lakes, white water rafting, and Mt Airy Casino, etc.
Our home is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with multiple modern features for your comfort, convenience, and entertainment.

Self-check-in: Easily check yourself in with the smart lock at any time of the day after 3:00 PM.
Big driveway to park all of your and your guest’s cars – up to 6 cars.
House has 2.5 bathrooms to cater to a large family or group. No need to scramble and jostle in the morning. All linens and towels etc are also provided.
Our oversized eat-in kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances. We are avid cooks and felt the need to have pots/pans/blenders/coffee maker/pantry essentials for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. There is also a formal dining area located next to the kitchen.
We offer spotlessly clean and well-maintained accommodations.
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen LED TV and a large selection of channels. We provide free Netflix, Disney, Hulu, and ESPN+ service
For your entertainment and relaxation:
An 8-foot pool table is available inside the house.
A games room equipped with a top-quality foosball table.
The living room has a large 65-inch flat-screen TV so that you can enjoy movies and shows with the family.
Beautiful fenced backyard with a two-level deck, where we have provided you fire-pit, bar-be-que grill, patio table, and plenty of chairs so that you can relax and enjoy your evenings with bar-be-que and wine in our large outdoor yard. While kids have fun on the large enclosed trampoline. If you are a sports lover, we have a volleyball net for you in the backyard.
Plus you’ll have access to the community’s lake and tennis courts

Absolutely no fireworks are allowed at the property or anywhere in the community. There is a fine of $500 imposed by the community for the violators which will be the renter’s responsibility.

I travel so I know things are not going to be 100% perfect all the time so I'll get right to it. When we arrived the entire driveway was a sheet of ice, not snow it was slippery walking to the door. This upset me because it makes me think that you didn't care about, my safety or that of my guests . I had to call Raj and tell him about the ice. A plow came two hours later and cleared the driveway he didn't put salt down, I had to do that. It was the small doable things which made us angry. The toilet was dirty,the patio door had no blinds, we had to cover it with a blanket. There were scratches and paint chipping everywhere it made the house look run down. It snowed overnight so I had to call Raj again about the driveway needing plowing and again I had to put down salt. If the owners would put a little more effort and show the property some love it would be great rental.
