COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).
** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.
***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.
**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM.
**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.
OUTDOOR LIVING: A large patio/deck w/ gas grill, dining table with umbrellas, swing lounger, and fire pit.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.
PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance

Smooth check-in process. Lake was unfortunately closed at the time, but house assets allowed all of us to still have a great time regardless of the inconvenience. Would recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking to have a good time in the mountains.

Our host was so responsive with messages and was truly wonderful at addressing the issues and concerns we had regarding the property. The house rules and welcome letter were very helpful and I loved the welcome sign at the entrance (very fancy!) The property had ample space for all 16 of us (8 adults, 8 children). The kids (and adults) had a ball in the arcade and playing outside and on the back patio. There was plenty of space for us to dine together and to cook in the large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces. That being said, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property as there are a few items that needed repair or some TLC: one of the dials on the stove, the grill outside, the lights around the fire pit, the upstairs bathroom ceiling vent was hanging on by a thread (we had to reposition it in the ceiling), and the upstairs shower drain was inconsistent and would sometimes drain properly and sometime back up causing the water to pool and flood the bathroom if we weren't careful.
Other less glaring things were the towels were of poor quality and left lint on your skin after a bath/shower. There also weren't enough hand towels or rags available for use. There were cobwebs in some corners. The screen door was also not secured well, allowing insects to fly in if the glass doors weren't closed well. The curtains for sliding doors were also coming off the railings.
Overall the property is very spacious and welcoming and the host is very responsive and kind.
