We came here to gather families for the weekend with 8 children aged 1-11 - it felt like plenty of space and we had a lot of fun. The playroom and game room were a HIT (air hockey especially!), and the kids are already asking to go back.

The bedroom space fit our large group of 14 well. The house inside was clean. The outside needed the grass mowed, landscape lights fixed and tidied up in general. I messaged the owner and to my surprise the kitchen didn’t have a toaster so I went and bought one. But it did have a panini press which seemed odd. The kitchen also did onot have enough utensils if we wanted to eat at the same time but thankfully we took our own plastic utensils, paper plates and bowls. I should have contacted the owner but didn’t because the master bed only had the mattress sheet and the comforter (no top sheet). We felt very safe in the area and saw police patrolling several times during our 4 day stay. I would stay here again.

Beautiful well kept home. Plenty of amenities and nearby to all popular resorts for activities. Definitely would return for a quick trip in the Poconos.

The house is great, location too.
We talked to a lady managing the property (Aurea) several times. She had a very bad attitude, did not seem interested in helping out. Did the bare minimum when we asked for help with check in paperwork. (Everything is online when you lease th3 property, yes, itbwas our mistake but when we were trying to fix it and asked for help, she had no interest.
There was an iasue with the water being pinckish/brown (faucet/shower) that never got solved (she said she would get back to us but never did. A bear visited twice and made a big mess with the trash and there was no instruction about when the trash truck would come or when to bring it out. The AC is controled by the team and is a huge inconvenient because you have to text them to lower or increase temp. The dryer took way to long to dry clothes. We had a great time and its a great place that would benefit with someone managing it better and with a better customer service. At the end of the day, youre paying for vacations, to feel carefree or helped out if anything turns up, but it was not the case. Evolve was helpful.
