Housed in part of a renovated farmhouse, the gîte is adjoining the owner on beautiful wooded land. Single-storey house (one internal step) comprising a beautiful living room with lounge area/library/Bluetooth connected stereo system, dining area and open fitted kitchen, a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with its bathroom, a dressing room and a separate toilet - Low temperature underfloor heating and wood stove - All-inclusive price: sheets, towels, utilities, wood, cleaning - Gîte without television to respect the commitment to a different type of tourism. Completely non-smoking gîte.
