I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Safia Marrakech. The biggest advantage is its strategic location—just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center, making it very convenient for both travel and sightseeing. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was good for a short stay. A good choice if you prioritize accessibility and convenience.

easy to locate only 2 minutes walk from train station & Agadir bus terminus. quick friendly efficient check in. two modern lifts, clean & airy corridors, huge room with comfortable bed, desk, chairs but no fridge. efficient AC. little traffic or internal noise despite overlooking main road. big clean bathroom but hot water ran out after a couple of minutes so bath was tepid at best - disappointing! Wifi poor to non existent. lots of good restaurants & bars with beer & wine nearby- recommended despite HW & WiFi

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room looked completely different from the photos shown on the website, which was very misleading. The room was poorly maintained, visibly neglected, and far below even basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The bed was old, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. There were insects throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made the stay extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, the condition of the hotel was deeply disappointing, and nothing during the stay met expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything positive to say about this hotel experience.
