A bit plain, with no frills, apart from Youtube! Reception area is a bit miserable but the young lady receptionist is very cheerful and friendly. There will be better places than this for the price in the immediate area, and that young lady should be working at one of them.

I just needed a place for a quick overnight stay in Marrakech and was already tired of the usual riad setup, so I decided to try this place instead. The room was quite spacious for one person — it actually fits three, with a double bed and a single bed. The downside was a bit of water leaking from the wall when using the shower, and there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel provided. There was also no rug for the toilet, which made the floor a bit slippery. Other than that, it’s a decent spot if you just need a bed for the night. The location is super convenient — right outside the Medina and just across the highway.

It’s closer to 2 tourist attractions i.e Saadin tombs and Bahia palace in Marrakech, all within walking distance.
It is inside the medina and very close to Medina Mall where you can find modern shops and restaurants.
There is no daily cleaning, but you will find the room very clean when you arrive, try to keep it clean.
Buy your own toothpaste and shower gell which you can get in the shops just outside the hotel as they don’t provide.

We booked trip room and was gaven a double room. With the double room, they put an extra single bed. After they put in a single bed, the door couldn't be opened wide. The double room they gave us was located in the middle of the house where they were not windows that can be opened to outside basically there was not windows. Because the room was located in the middle of the house, you can hear everything such as people walking, talking and shouting the doors loudly. I was terrible experience for us. We paid for the trip room that ended up in a double room.
