Spacious beautiful cottage. Hot tub is great. Beautiful living room and bedrooms. Private location. Fantastic welcome basket of food.
The fridge is tiny and shelves don’t fit properly. Basic kitchen equipment for such a lovely cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and warm. Beds were comfortable and dressed beautifully
The hot tub was lovely when we got there but as it is run by burning wood, it cooled down and needed more wood. We had to ring reception twice to get more wood as the fire had gone out. I think someone should come round and sort it out without having to ring reception each time.

Nothing the weather was a bonus and the Glass house restaurant was very good

Convenient location as we were visiting relations in Sedgefield. Cozy and quiet property To have the hot tubs was a great feature To have milk, Bread and breakfast food available was a bonus for us and a great start in the mornings as we had to travel from the south.
Road next to the property was busy and needed a path as we were using pushchairs for a walk.
