Harbour Heights Whitby

They left a welcome hamper which was a lovely surprise, excellent location for whitby, lovely house.

The cleanliness of the house wasnt great the basics were done like kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms were done but it was the floors, all downstairs and the bathroom still had bits all over them and all needed a good clean...also the under stairs utility cupboard that was for us to use, it was all just thrown in and the games cupboard the same, there was also a cupboard that had just junk in that shouldnt have been left like that, felt this just let the place down...easy fixes and nothing that would stop a return but I do prefer clean and tidy when I am arriving somewhere

The property was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a great holiday.

We had a wonderful stay and would return but maybe families need to be aware that 2 bedrooms are up some very steep stairs that might cause difficulty if you have small children or less mobile adults. So long as this doesn’t affect your party then you’ll live the property

Advertised as having 2 bathrooms..HAS 1 bathroom on first level and separate toilet downstairs for 6 people??!!Vanity basin plugged jammed so unable to use and cleaners must have seen this!! Dirty bin left, cleaners late in cleaning so delayed entry, no coffee pods as advertised in welcome folder. The most dangerous, extremely narrow and difficult staircase to navigate to first level and to bring up and down suitcases and even worse staircase leading to 2 level. THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON WEBSITE AS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE AND SPOILT OUR STAY
