Good apartment provided terrible experience

1.they kept the key in a locker i have to sit on floor and open the locker..some person who's seeing the problem helped me..this is horrible. 2. House keeping staff is horrible...he is rude..we are 45 minutes late.. dining table was not cleaned..we are in process..he came in ..shouted loudly..when I am searching my mobile he just put his hand on my neck and pushed me out..it's very scary experience..I am 65 years + and travel ing for more than 45 years..I am a platinum or gold elite member in Deferent hotel chans like Marriott, Hilton, ITC, Taj. With booking. Com also i am enjoying a elevated category of discounts..I never faced such a situation in my whole life I talked to the contact person given in confirmation mail..he is telling because it's 45 minutes late and room is not clean the house keeping person got stressed and behaved like that...he even couldn't say sorry to what happened. I taught of going to police..but I couldn't do it because I am not having time 3. Apartment is pretty good with all amenities Except the behavior of staff and key locker everything is good

Bright apartment with fabulous views

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The living room is light and bright, very spacious with fabulous views over the city and harbour. Everything we needed for self-catering was provided. Public transport was nearby - easy to get into the city centre.

The only thing was the ironing board - very, very small and not useful. We'd suggest getting a proper ironing board.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views, kind hosts

It was exceptionally clean, the apartment is stunning and the balcony has beautiful views. Loved the two big bedrooms.

There was an issue with water pressure in the building so I struggled to shower. It was either boiling hot water or a few drops of cold water, nothing in between. And washing dishes was quite a difficult task.

Rafa and Rosa's apartment, as always, met all our expectations. Everything was as usual neat, clean and you simply feel at home. The entrance and parking are not complicated. We love this apartment every time we come to Antwerp because nothing is complicated, you have everything you need, especially if you go by car, and the apartment is beautiful, modern, relaxing. This time we met the owner who is very cheerful and kind. We will come back again. The best apartment in Antwerp.

Amazing stay in Antwerp.

We had a great time at Uniek's apartment. It is very spacious and bright and the view is absoluteletly amazung. It is a very modern flat situated at the 20th level. It takes only 15 minute by foot to get in the historical center of Antwerp. Also you can rent for only 5 euros per day a bike to visit the city. We felt very well there and we will definetly come back at Uniek's apartment.

The most beautiful apartment in Antwerp

This is the second time we have stayed at Rafa and Roos' apartment. I can only say that this accommodation is phenomenal. The view is indescribably beautiful, the apartment is tidy and has everything you need for a family. Parking with a garage that is 2.10 m high means a lot for a car with a roof box. The parking space is right next to the elevator that leads to the apartment, which makes it easier to bring suitcases. Communication was excellent and everything worked great from entering the apartment and throughout the entire stay. I can't imagine staying in any other apartment during my visit to Antwerp. When I come again, I will only want this accommodation without looking and thinking. It is excellent!

You'll enjoy a stunning view of Antwerp and the marina right in front of you, with the balcony enhancing the experience perfectly. Spacious apartment, and very clean. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a homemade meal, just like we did for our daily breakfasts. A tram is nearby if you need to get to Antwerpen-Centraal station. This place is HIGHLY recommended.

The apartment has an exceptional view. The whole city is in the palm of your hand. Public transport is in front of the building itself. Cleanliness is clean 10. Een prachtig appartement op een uitstekende locatie! De koffie met de verse boontjes heeft gesmaakt! Zeer goed contact met Raf en Roos. Alles vlot bereikbaar te voet of met de tram. Ideaal dat de auto gratis in de garage kon blijven staan gedurende ons verblijf.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick über Antwerpen, gute Infos zur Wohnung, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, stadtnah und etwas ruhiger als im Zentrum, sehr gute Anbindung zur City (3 Stationen mit Straßenbahn, Fahrradleihstation direkt vor Tür) Optimierbar sind lediglich die im Wohnzimmer fehlenden Vorhänge (im April noch OK, im Sommer wird es aber sicherlich sehr warm). Insgesamt sehr gut.

Wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt,muss man zuerst Auto,irgendwo parken,dann Schlüssel aus Schlüsselfach kriegen,sehr kompliziert.Wir lagen auf dem Boden,alles dunkel,keine Hilfe von sogenannten Besitzern,unereichbar,auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen..Sind die Personen real?? Ein Albtraum,auch mir dem Erklärungsvideo:missiom impossible,eine Frechheit

Het uitzicht was fantastisch! De accommodatie had alle nodige voorzieningen. De ondergrondse parkeerplaats is een leuke extra in de stad.

Een klein puntje van kritiek: een staanlamp in de hoek aan de zetel voor wat extra sfeerverlichting zou aangenaam zijn. Nu was het ofwel te veel licht, ofwel te weinig.

Superbe appartement pour un séjour à Anvers avec une vue sublime

La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est neuf et bien équipé, bien décoré.

Si vraiment nous devions trouver un défaut, certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas. L'appartement pourrait proposer un micro-ondes mais c'est vraiment si nous devions trouver à parfaire. C'était déjà très bien ;-)
