Top Location with wonderful River View, in the Center of the city! Enjoying the sunset over the river in the stylish Loft. Design furniture and new appliances. All well maintained and clean. And super friendly. We are definitely comming back!

We enjoyed, but for the price, expected better

The space is amazing, location and views

Needs work. Nails poking up through floorboards are dangerous. Splinters from the floor - always wear shoes. The electrical are sketchy. The aircon trips off the electric fuse box. The dishwasher tray has no wheels and is broken. The light switches are bizarre. The layout of the bathrooms is not helpful.

worst experience ever

Check in was at 3pm but we arrived at the apartment and it was dirty. After a 30min the cleaning service arrived and they cleaned while we were there. Afterwards in the evening the host came to check if everything was okay, we complained about how dirty the house was (respectfully) and then everything went down. He started screaming and shouting. He even wanted to slap my sister so I’m really unhappy about my stay. The host is super unprofessional.

Worse rental ever

- Receptionist who was available when we contacted him

- Horrible smell in the whole loft - All equipment is old, damaged - The loft is dirty everywhere, disgusting - Water in shower very weak and not possible to take a normal shower - One tap in the bathroom not working and by the look of it has not been working for long - Washing machine in bad condition and should have been replaced long ago - Towels and bed sheets old, with holes and stains which made it very unpleasant to use - Curtains with holes in them - Old parquet which is rotting in some places and has nails coming out in other places making it very dangerous to walk on - Dirty and rotten walls as well as ceiling - Balcony and terrace totally unsafe with cracks in the glass on which you are supposed to walk on - Furniture on terrace in same dirty state as everything else in the loft which meant we could not sit on it - Terrace lamp not working (and we suspect it has not been working for a long time) - Poor view from the terrace - Divan in the living room smelled badly which meant we could not sit on them - Table and chairs greasy on which we also tried to avoid putting anything on - Renovation works every morning starting with drill at 07:00 which meant we could not sleep - Way too expensive (should be 1/3 of the cost max) value for money not fair and the whole loft needs urgent and full renovation - Avoid unless you want to waste your money and live in a dirty, smelly and rotten place - See some photos which we made with some proofs

The location was cosy with the nice view, but the balcony and the roof terrace was not safety for the dog and families with kids.

Apartment uncomfortable and hosts poor

The flat was spacious and the view of the river was nice.

We were very unhappy with this apartment, particularly the lack of information on how to work the facilities and the provision of completely wrong information. On arriving, early evening, the lift did not work so we had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. We then found the flat was far too hot. We wasted a lot of time trying to turn down the radiators, using the instructions provided in the flat booklet. We were told later that this was the wrong one and was for the flat above. Had we been able just to turn off some of the heating, it would have been fine, but on the only two radiators on which the valves were accessible these were broken. Not only was the temperature uncomfortable, it was a great waste of energy. The owner's husband came round late the next morning but was also unable to change the temperature, which was eventually turned down the following day by the owner from outside the flat. There was no information provided about how to use the electronic lock on the door between the flat and the stairs, so the first evening we could not lock this. In the poorly lit stairway we could barely see the lock, never mind work out how to use it. One of the main reasons for our choice of this flat was that it had a bathtub, but the bath took 15 minutes to fill to 10 cm of water, the tap water then cooled down and the water in the bath had lost its heat. The flat was poorly maintained. There were splinters of wood over 20 cm long off the floor boards into our feet. There was an uncovered electrical connection in the bathroom wall. The handle to the one of the balcony doors was broken. The smell of the perfume sticks lit in the flat we found most unpleasant; we put them out on the balcony but it took some time to disperse. We wrote these complaints to the owner after we returned home, but received no reply, not even an apology.

Mooie plek, fantastisch uitzicht maar er moet een herstelrondje gedaan worden.

Het is een prachtige loft. Heel mooi uitzicht. Prettig contact met eigenaar.

Er is veel wat onderhoud behoeft: fornuis: niet alle pitten werkten. Jaloezieën: sommige waren stuk. Vlekken in het vloerkleed, klinken waarmee je in je hand staat als je een deur opent. Vlekken in linnengoed.

De locatie was super, het contact met de host ging heel erg vlot.

De locatie was niet erg proper: het was oppervlakkig proper, maar de loft is aan een grondige deep cleaning en opfrissing toe. De tapijten waren vuil: je zag vuil van vorig gasten tussen de draadjes zitten. Het houtwerk had uitstekende splinters. De koelkast viel niet goed toe: je moest heel hard duwen. De bedden waren heel hard. De voordeur ging gewoon open zonder code. De loft kon ook niet toe via de code (gelukkig komt er een lift rechtstreeks in de loft uit en konden we zo de deur langs binnenuit op slot doen en via de lift vertrekken).

Neem een hotelkamer voor dit geld!

De loft was ronduit vies en vuil. Er was duidelijk niet gepoetst na het vorige verblijf. Wc niet doorgespoeld, scheerbeurt van de vorige persoon was nog duidelijk te zien op de badkamerkraan.. zeer jammer en gaf onmiddellijk het gevoel om liever terug te vertrekken! De persoon in kwestie is vriendelijk maar laat eens je frustraties kenbaar te maken niks meer van haar horen maar neemt gewoon het bedrag van je Mastercard. De foto’s stroken absoluut niet meer met de realiteit en het ziet er allemaal wat afgeleefd uit.. Voor dit bedrag zou ik een hotelkamer boeken!!!
