A very pleasant stay. My second time there already. Perfect area. Looking forward to my next stay there. Not interested in any other hotel in Vlissingen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful hidden gem with amazing customer service and wonderful rooms

I stayed in the apartment building and this was such a wonderful surprise! What a beautiful, modern place. It is clean, well appointed and the rooms were beautiful. The separate bedroom, seating area and desk was cleverly done. The check in person was very pleasant and positive. This is a fresh positive experience, especially in a country known for its lack of customer service. This experience was the complete opposite, it was a wonderful customer service. The breakfast the next morning was very nice! Also pleasant employees! All in all, such a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable with good facilities, friendly and attentive staff. Also a great location close to the harbour, train station and the city centre.

Big apartment, nice, clean and tidy with confortable bed. Variety of choice for breakfast.

Very good

Well located: walking distance from the train station and very close too the old center. This is a new building, so it is all clean and modern looking. A lot of breakfast options.

Although new, I found the apartment a bit dark. A good part of it is in black and makes some areas too dark. The breakfast is served in the hotel next door and turns out to be very busy - not your quiet small bed-and-breakfast.

Great apartment with chaotic breakfast.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was new, clean & well equipped. Beds were great! Nice to have separate toilet room. Sound-proofing was excellent. Location easy to find, and short walk to center of town. Plenty of free parking.

Breakfast was chaos. Too many people in too small an area. Logistics is NOT thought through. People wait in line for something they dont need as coffee is at entrance (but not everyone needs this). Linear set-up does not work, people need to pick & choose what they wait for, instead of waiting for everything. Big tables very close to food-line up, thus constant traffic on both sides of those big tables. Unpleasant, and you could see that guests were not happy -- no smiling faces even though everyone is on vacation!

De grootte van de kamer. Compleet met kleine keuken en andere voorzieningen.

Prima plek om te verblijven zowel voor zakelijke als prive doeleinden.

Het was een ruime kamer/appartement. Schoon en volledig ingericht met voldoende serviesgoed. Aparte WC, dus niet in de badkamer. er waren 2 slaapkamers dus een gedeeld met collega is geen probleem. Dichtbij de uitvalswegen, dus qua locatie perfect. Supermarkt op korte afstand (ca. 7 minuten fietsen) en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ook voor privé doeleinden prima uitvalsbasis. Boulevard en Middelburg is op goede fietsafstand en de boulevard zou zelfs kopend gehaald kunnen worden. Winkels en restaurants op fietsafstand.

Er was alleen een extra brede fauteuil en 2 losse stoeltjes. Een bank met 1 stoel was fijner geweest. En de Wifi voor streamingsdiensten was niet altijd even stabiel, maar over het algemeen goed.

Het mooie appartement!

Het ontbijt vind ik iets te basic voor een 4- sterren accommodatie. Om 10.00 uur was er geen vers bruin brood meer wat je zelf kon snijden terwijl je nog kon ontbijten tot 10.30 uur

Een prima hotel waar ik zeker terug kom.

Ruim opgezette kamer met veel faciliteiten. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Fijn personeel.

Als je later komt ontbijten wordt er een kwartier voor einde ontbijt al opgeruimd. Dat maakte ons onrustig om nog sneller het ontbijt achter de kiezen te krijgen.

Zeer ruim en prima uitgerust appartement, leuk dat de hond welkom was. Prima ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk onthaal door personeel. Schitterend terras. Prima ligging, op loopafstand van het centrum.

Modern strak hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum.

Het Aparthotel Timmerfabriek is een modern en strak hotel waar wij een suite hadden in het Apart gedeelte met ontbijt in het hotel. Onze kamer was ruim en voorzien van een kleine keuken met alle voorzieningen, zelfs een afwasmachine. De badkamer was modern, ruim en vrij nieuw en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om te wassen – beetje vreemd was wel de blauwe wastafel. Je hoeft geen shampoo en dergelijke mee te nemen. Het bed was groot en was prima en de TV is vrij groot. Parkeren kan je tegen scherp tarief op de ruime parking naast het hotel, wel aanvragen bij inchecken. Het ontbijt was werkelijk perfect – alles was aanwezig en werd continu bijgevuld. Ik kan niets bedenken dat er niet was, gewoon perfect. Het centrum is te voet maximaal een 15-tal minuten en dus best te doen, met de fiets ben je er zo. We hebben hier een leuk verblijf gehad en komen hier graag terug mochten we ooit weer naar Vlissingen komen. Aanrader.

Wel wat vervelend, en daar hebben alle hotels dezelfde ziekte, is dat je pas kan inchecken om 15h – dus als je aankomt tegen de middag kan je niet op de kamer en moet je alles in de auto laten. Zorg dat de kamer klaar is tegen 12h en iedereen is tevreden. Ook is de prijs wat aan de hoge kant, dat zou lager kunnen.

Schönes Ambiente bei Dauerlärm

Ambiente war toll. Frühstück gut aber in der Qualität ist noch Luft nach oben. Zimmeraufteilung und Ausstattung im Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Lärm von der Straße bei geöffneten Fenstern. Der LKW, mit laufendem Motor am frühen Morgen zwischen Hotel und Appartmenthaus. Der Dauerlärm der wahrscheinlich Lüftungsanlage. Man konnte entscheiden zwischen Lärm von draußen oder Lärm von drinnen. Erholsam war das für uns leider nicht.

Het mocht iets netter zijn… deuren enkel rond de deurknop wat rond gewreven met vuile strepen… idem lift… sanitair kon ook netter. O.a.de vloer was niet proper.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in het aparthotel van de Timmerfabriek.

Geboekte studio was ruim, goed ingericht en pik en span schoongemaakt. Goed bed en koffie en thee faciliteit met verstrekte theezakjes en koffiecups. Badkamer efficient; grote inloop/regen douche. Zeep, schampoo, conditioner, body lotion wordt verstrekt en voldoende handdoeken. Ziet er allemaal nieuw uit. Locatie is top, 11 minuutjes van de Oude markt / Boulevard de Ruyter. Parkeren op ruime parkeerplaats t/o het aparthotel. Inchecken bij receptie van hotel de Timmerfabriek. Hotel heeft ook gereduceerd parkeertarief: Eur 8 per dag. Ontbijt buffet wordt ook geserveerd in het hotel zelf. Even 5 pasjes zetten en je bent er. Ontbijt is zeeeeeer uitgebreid, heerlijk en wordt goed aangevuld. Je wordt goedemorgen gewenst door een uiterst vriendelijke dame! Beneden in de aankomsthal staat een heerlijke bank en ook de mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten (gratis). Zeker een aanrader!

Die Lage im alten Hafenrevier bietet ein besonderes Flair. Akzentuiert durch den Fahrradschuppen!

Der Stream zum TV-Schauen wurde ständig (!) unterbrochen. Nachts Verkehrslärm, obwohl in der Gegend nichts los ist. Wohl die lokale Rennstrecke für die Posierer. Im Gegensatz zum Jahr 2023 hatte sich das Frühstücksangebot deutlichst verflacht!

Das Apartmenthotel ist beliebt unter Hundebesitzern. In direkter Laufnähe ist allerdings wenig Grün. Hat als ehenaliger umgebauter Werftteil (ZimmerFABRIK!) seinen eigenen Charme. Dafür zentral, Albert Heijn/Zentrum in Laufweite. Für Zölis: gute glutenfreie Frühstücksoptionen! Neu und sauber.
