Nice location but some weird room arrangement and little presence of the personnel.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location - it's very central, close to the heavens, close to the old town, shopping and restaurant streets. The longest sea promenade in Netherlands is just in 1 min access. I can also give credit for a comfy bed and good room heating during the winter days. UPD: The decoration of the room was also nice. I raised my overall score to 7.
I stayed in the hotel around the NY dates and it looked a bit uninhabited. The dining hall wasn't available all three days. Although the tables were all served, there were no personnel and no guests. The room was oddly arranged with the bed in front of the full height glass entrance door and the breakfast/facility area in the dark tight corner facing the toilet. The bathroom itself had very weird solution of having no doors whatsoever. So if you are a couple, you might miss some privacy while visiting your WC area.

Good bicycle parking in an enclosed deck, nice staff, and helpful, great location down at the harbor area.

Great location, very friendly staff. Parking arranged well (you can park in front of the door while you check in and then they explain where you can park). Great breakfast and conformable rooms with aircon.
The only small remark would be that we had no fridge in our room.

Fabulous find.
The hotel was in a beautiful village and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Sadly we didn't get a chance to explore as we were just passing through on the way to center parcs. The breakfast was great and my sister who is gluten free was also catered for. The room was much larger than expected.
There was no door on the bathroom, just a corner separated the toilet from the room. Made going to the toilet with a husband and 2 children in the room an experience. But ours was the only room like that.
