Lovely accommodation

Comfortable room on the ground floor, rich buffet breakfast in the lovely basement. Had no trouble finding public parking nearby (I reckon in summer it would be considerably harder...)

Ground floor room was a bit noisy, being in the passageway to other rooms upstairs.

The location was good and the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was really basic. The fact that the heating was turned off in the room every time I came in.

Comfortable beds, good size room and location for our needs.

Noise transfer from above ( walking around sounded like elephants) and next door (snoring very loud) Breakfast was poor. We were told there was a 10:00 - 10:45 breakfast but on arrival at 10 the scrambled egg was dried out, completely, and one small sausage (we had half each) The member of staff avoided us and even drew the curtain between us and him so he didn't have to interact with us. On our last day the different member of staff checked the eggs and went to get fresh supply. He cared! (it was Tuesday morning).

We liked be the localization, it was very clean and the breakfast

2 things: the matrasfrom the 2 persons bed is very bad, they really need to exchange it and the noise from outside but that I'm not sure what they could do about it besides ear sound devices for the guests

Like the location, friendliness of staff, breakfast

Parking instructions. The free parking is intact in one street, not a regular parking area. Fines can be avoided if people arrive after 15.00 on parking areas by suggesting to take parking ticket till after opening time next day. 0.20eurocent allows you to finish your breakfast and travel worry free.

High priced interesting room, but beware the stairs

Very large, comfortable and unusual penthouse suite with a cool rooftop balcony overlooking the city. A good breakfast.

No real air conditioning…only a poorly functioning portable unit. Also there are two very steep and winding staircases to the room, and then a third to the rooftop. None are well-lit.

not much in Vlissingen but this is a nice hotel. really good breakfast rooms are a good size, comfortable.

Great location and friendly stuff.

The breakfast was served in a very nice area and was quite tasteful and fresh. The stuff was very accommodating. The room was clean and met our expectations.

Perhaps the only negative was that the facility is based on the side on the road and you can get quite some noise during the night.

Easter weekend in Vlissingen

The private roof terrace was really nice and the whole suite was spacious enough. The complimentary coffee, water and tee was a nice addition. Moreover, It had a decent intercontinental breakfast.

The staircase was quite narrow so having a big suitcase might be challenging.

I liked the location. I didn't have time to get bored. and I found a good Japanese all you can eat restaurant. Good location.

Our stay in the Hotel Zilt in Vlissingen was great. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and working well. The breakfast buffet was great. My street parking was nearby and not hard to find. The location is central to much of Vlissingen's stuff for visitors. The bed was more comfortable than you can sometimes expect in a hotel. There was nothing we wanted to complain about or change.

Two small things: there are some birds that maybe nest in the roof, and they make a lot of bird sounds that come through the roof during sleep time. The water pressure in the shower could be more. Neither of these things really detracted from our stay, and certainly wouldn't prevent us from staying again in this hotel.

Close to the center, close to the boulevard.

Still, COVID19 limits a lot, or dictate when to have breakfast. Not as free as we are used to, but hotel Zilt is victim too. We booked the top floor, be aware, no elevator is available. And do not forget to book a parking amid in front. Not enough available for every room!!

Perfect stay with a nice and quiet location and surrounding

Perfect location. Due to covid, we couldn't eat in the restaurant.But It was perfectly arrange where we could pick up a simple breakfast and eat it in our room. The staff were friendly. If you didn't want housekeeping to clean the room, there is a sign that you can hang at the doorknob and you receive a certificate with a €2,50 discount for a drink from the minibar/lounge. To make it more environment friendly. The city is pretty clean.

The room wasn't really sound proof. We could hear people going up and down the stairs. And if the person upstairs flush the toilet or use the shower we could hear the water running.

There was a uncomfortable weird sewer smell in the bathroom. The walls are realy thin. So you can hear everybody on the hallway... Or the people from outside. What gave me a feeling of no privacy. And a bad night sleep....since i could hear drunk people outside almost the whole night.
