Amazing stay with amazing people

Very kind, clean and cozy stay

The Owner was incredibly friendly. I arrived late and didn't have dinner. I had pasta and sauce in my car so I asked him if I could use their Stove. He immediately told me, that he can cook the noodles and warm up the sauce for me with no problem or cost. Very Kind! I had no problem parking for free in front of the property. Bedroom felt like staying at your grandparents, very cozy:) I had a microwave, toaster, fridge, water boiler, coffeemaker and TV in my own Room, very convenient

Solid 10/10 experience definitely returning soon even if it is just to say hello

The hospitality was much much better than what I expected both from the owners and other visitors. Especially in breakfast time getting to know other people and having long conversations about various topics was a great experience, I often found myself sitting for more than two hours just chatting. Mr. Gerard personally took it upon himself to show me around town in his car and brought me to Middelburg even! Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was crystal clean, breakfast was a solid 10/10, every place was within walking distance due to the building location. Westerschelde B&B and Vlissingen is the perfect spot. Definitely returning soon

Very nice host and pleasant stay

The breakfast was extensive and charming. The host was incredibly friendly, told us about different routes we could take to continue our bike-trip. We even got a second room instead of the 3 of us in a single room. The rooms are well-equipped too, with kettle, micro-wave, television, games,... We could also park our bikes safely in the garden.

We just had issues cleaning our dishes in the room, as we did not find any detergent nor sponges to do so. Despite having a micro-wave at our disposition. But we assume this is probably a small oversight, easily solvable by asking the host.

Just one night but would come again.

Good size room, comfy bed, clean, and a good bathroom. Breakfast choice was excellent and I felt most welcome. Sky, the owner's dog is lovely.

Not a dislike, but be warned - the stairs are proper steep Dutch stairs.

Amazing stay in Vlissingen

The B&B is very close to the city center, within 10-15 min you are also at the beach. The parking in front is free, so it's very convenient. We had our private bathroom and the room was very comfortable. The host is such a nice person, always up for a chat. The breakfast is yummy, ideal before you head out to explore vlissingen and Zeeland.

Wonderfully friendly and welcoming host. He offered us cold fruit juice on arrival and bought us beers, for which he refused our payment. Fabulous room and bathroom. Amazing breakfast.

The roadworks outside the B&B made avcess difficult but we had an excellent lock-up area for our bikes.

The hosts are very kind people. The house, despite being a residential home is maintained like a high quality hotel. The location is excellent, the peace in the night, comfort during the day are all excellent.

I stayed in the B&B for two days with my family, Gerald Host and Sky (very sweet 4-legged friend) welcoming, happy to host, made us feel at home as soon as we arrived he showed us our room, since we could be cramped he offered a second accommodation, much appreciated and very kind on his part, the rooms clean tidy everything you need and even more for a pleasant stay. Superb breakfast, warm bread, all kinds of jam, coffee, tea, yoghurt, fantastic. Gerald a sociable person, he advised us what to see where to go, what to say thank you 🙏🏼, we will be back very soon. Comfortable bed, quiet and spacious room, parking within walking distance. I advise !!!! vote 10 tops

Breakfast was very good, traditional european breakfast but everyday lots of choice of breads or rolls & cheese & meats and something different extra everyday such as pancakes or toasted sandwiches.

The only disadvantage when travelling with pets is that you have no access to the garden from your room, access is via the owners living space however owner was very accommodating & very relaxed with letting the pets roam their living area & garden with their dog during communal hours such as at breakfast time.
