The flat was a gem perfectly positioned for the centre of Town it was clean modern and stocked with every type of amenity the host provided a superb Welcome pack as well a delightful place to stay and I will be staying there next time I go to that part of the world first class experience

We had a wonderful stay at Swan Apartments over Christmas. The place felt instantly homely and cosy, the kind of space you settle into straight away. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really showed. The welcome hamper was such a thoughtful touch and genuinely amazing, making our arrival feel extra special. The host, Gill was absolutely lovely too, with fantastic communication from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a single thing. We’d happily return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful apartment that made it a wonderful weekend in Harrogate

Central location in a quiet area , close to all amenities, so we were able to walk into town for the shops , pubs and restaurants. The apartment is very well presented, felt very cosy and welcoming,beautiful decor and everything we needed for a weekend away .

Nothing . There is a few flight of stairs up to the apartment but this didn’t bother us , but may be of difficulty for some people

An exceptional base so central and well equipped.

An exceptional apartment with every small detail carfully thought out. So comfortable, warm and well equipped with the added bonus of off road parking...It is one of the best apartments we've stayed in over the last 40 years. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful addition and much appreciated. Thank you Gill !

Beautiful apartment, very functional and spotlessly clean. Very well thought out decor. The welcome basket was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Bathroom facilities were superb, beds were unbelievably comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Apartment in Central Harrogate

very pleasant apartment. Easy check in. Everything comfortable and clean. Superb location. We were attending an event at the Convention Center. Good communication. Very tasteful decor and quiet location. Heating easy to use even though I'd not used that set up before. Kitchen well set up so we coukd cook a meal and dishwasher easy to use. Off road parking and permits for on street parking provided.

Incense sticks too strong for us. We moved them outside the appartment which worked for us. Sofa bed easy to use but a bit hard. I still slept well

Amazing property, perfect stay! Will be visiting again!

Everything you could think of needing was provided!! Plus the extras we weren’t expecting, bread, croissants, jams, butter, biscuits, crisps, milk and bottled water! Also , a balloon and bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary! 😁

The property was warm, welcoming and beautifully clean. It had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay and the little personal touches were extremely appreciated. It was like home from home. It was 2 mins walk to the centre which was brilliant and the free parking at the property was perfect. Loved everything and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and we will be booking again. Thank you to the lovely owner of the property.

My only negative is that it is on the top floor, I struggle to climb stairs but I did manage it.

There were lots of likes….. Large soft towels, the coffee maker with large pods and a lovely welcome food and drinks package. Providing parking on site and vouchers if there wasn’t space was very thoughtful. A very friendly neighbour was very understanding when I parked in the wrong place ! The apartment location was ideal for easy walking into the centre of town.

The property was excellent having everything you could need for a stay away from home. The instructions for arrival excellent and advice prior to arrival also excellent. Amazing!

The apartment was immaculately clean! Smelled amazing when we walked in so very welcoming. The bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows on the bed!!! Netflix and prime were included. We travelled for our honeymoon and the owner left us a lovely balloon and drink to have! The property was so comfortable! Less than 5 min walk from Bettys so really good location and perfect for our stay

Drop my bags early at the apartment and Gill gave me a set of keys. The Linen and towels were of a very high standard. The place was spotless and the welcome/starter pack was generous. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous facilities, Harrogate is a lovely place too

Couldn’t have been more thought out, everything you needed was provided and the welcome basket included all the things you’d need that most places don’t usually include. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! Would definitely come back here for the price

Nothing we didn’t like however would recommend reversing into the space in the parking area because you do end up stuck if the car park is full when you want to leave

The location was excellent. a leafy quiet street and short walk from all the main attractions in Harrogate. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay and some extra goodies on arrival which was so thoughtful and appreciated :-)

Brilliant apartment in a great location.

The apartment, decor and location, are superb. We only had a couple of nights as we were visiting friends just outside Harrogate, but you could easily stay for a week or more it's so well specced out. It was a nice surprise to find a welcome basket with supplies, water and milk waiting for us. It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a choice of pillows. Really nice touch to have guest accounts to use on the TV streaming service. It will be my go to should I find myself looking for a place in Harrogate!

The only thing I can really think of is that it wasn't clear when booking that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Wasn't an issue for us but I could see that it might be if you had mobility issues and weren't expecting it.

Gem in Harrogate

Apartment was on a lovely quiet street yet only 2 minutes walk from the town centre and main attractions. Apartment was spotlessly clean. We loved the decor, furnishings and fittings - all very tastefully done. Host left milk, bread, tea and coffee and also snacks to get us started which was a very nice touch. Free parking was also a bonus.Will definitely be back.

A really comfortable apartment that had everything we could need. Also, on a lovely quiet road, just a few minutes walk into town, and the Valley Gardens.
