Great find in lovely Harrogate!

Spacious, clean, well located, well equipped, very comfortable

Up two flights of stairs which was fine for us. No views as such, ensuite smelt a bit if drains but positives FAR outweighed negatives

Excellent stay, would definitely book again.

Location was great. We were kept informed of the process. Towels, toilet roll, soap etc were all provided. spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking permit provided was excellent.

Location was great! It was nice that the host had provided tea, coffee, milk, sugar, loo roll and dishwasher tablets. I liked the information book. Although I think since it was written a new convenience store Morrisons daily has opened over the road to the apartment so no need to walk to Tesco. Liked the whole apartment warm and clean.

This is just my preference the bed and pillows where to hard for me.

A lovely comfortable place to stay for visiting Harrogate and exploring North Yorkshire

An extremely well equipped, second floor apartment in the centre of Harrogate. The apartment was a few yards from the The Royal Pump Room Museum, a 5 minutes walk to the Valley Gardens and perhaps 10 minutes walk to Betty's and the main shopping areas. Knaresborough and Fountains Abbey were short drives away if one wants to explore. A parking permit was provided and we always managed to park within a few doors of the apartment.

We stayed over a weekend and the apartment is next door to a lively pub with open mike evenings and karaoke.

Loved our stay at The Old Sweet Factory

The flat was perfect. Everything we needed with welcome goodies. Lots of interesting books and leaflets about Harrogate and places to visit. Very clean. Luxurious bathroom. Loved it.

Wonderful property in a perfect location.

The property was well located near the centre of Harrogate, next to the Royal Pump House museum, opposite the Valley Gardens, about a minute from the convention centre. The property was clean and tides and has all the facilities you’d want and some extras we didn’t expect like shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen had everything we needed and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. It was very peaceful and the pub garden downstairs didn’t bother us at all. It really was a lovely place and we will book it next time we visit.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Only thing I would point out is the apartment is on the second floor with no lift. You have two flights of stairs to go up. Not a problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues would need to be aware.

Very relaxing, comfortable and convenient apartment.

Great location, only a few minutes away from the Turkish Baths and some lovely bars and restaurants.

A bit noisy at night from the AC units on the pub out the back, but got used to them. On the second floor so need to be able to manage stairs.

Great location for getting to know harragate. Everything within walking distance. The apartment was lovely and clean and was well equipped. They thought of the little touches by leaving us some goodies in fridge that added that personal touch. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to booking again.
