The stay was perfect.

Reserved the room for my daughter-in-law and granddaughter..They were very impressed with the room and breakfast the next day.. They stated that the room was very nice. I had to reserve the room for a second night and your staff at the Mountain Home,AR facility were extremely helpful. I live in Mountain Home and the facility is very close to my home. It was the perfect location.

I’ve stayed at worse hotels but I’ll look around next time for another place to stay.

Beautiful, clean and convenient.

The hotel was beautiful. We love the location. However we will request a room on the other side (odd numbers instead of even numbers) if we stay there again. The AC was set on 70° when we arrived @ 3pm. The current temp was also 70°. We turned the thermostat down to 68° because it felt a little warm. When we left at 7pm we requested that maintenance check the AC while we were out. When we arrived after 10pm it was 69°. The AC never caught up to 68° till 7am the next morning even with the curtain and the blind closed to help block the sun out. Was not impressed. We would have looked elsewhere but it was late and most hotels in the area were already booked. The staff didn’t offer us another room either.

The shower soap was empty and when I called the front desk, they didn’t have an answer and just offered a bar of soap. I would think that the hotel would have had the shower dispenser refilled.
