Unit location is superb. Entrance to the mall is near and covered. This is helpful for family with strollers and wheelchairs. The host is exceptionally dedicated to respond every queries it's customer has asked. Instruction given also easy to follow. Facilties such as kitchenware, microwave, fridge and washing machine is available and functioning.

This unit may not be suitable for light sleepers as it can be quite noisy during the night since it is facing the main road. The mattress may need to be repaired or replaced.

Location is very strategic and easy to access. Equipped with great facilities such as gym, swimming pool, huge garden with walkway for brisk walking/jogging. Apartment is very clean, relatively complete with basic amenities and comfortable.

The lighting is a bit too dim

Master bedroom’s toilet not working. Could not flush. Water in the toilet bowl almost flowed over. Faeces swirling around inside the toilet bowl as it could not be flushed down. Second bedroom’s toilet had leakages at the base of the toilet i.e pool of water on the floor from the leakages. Agent was not there to greet us. Had to call up to meet us up outside of Loft entrance, as security guard refused to allow us to enter mailbox area without an access card. Room key and elevator access card was in the mailbox. Had problem with elevator access card. Access card only works at one elevator only. Security guard refused to help us and insisted we should contact the assigned agent. Living room + kitchen floor was not thoroughly clean. Dust and sand on the floor. I had to sweep the floor myself.
