Luxury Condominium at Loft Imago

Great location – it's less than a 1-minute walk from the lobby to the Imago entrance, which was very convenient. The apartment also has a nice view. The host was very helpful, easy to reach, and communication throughout the stay was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is well-equipped with basic necessities, including cooking utensils and kitchen equipment, an iron, a washing machine and a drying rack, making it very convenient, especially for longer stays. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The only downside was that the air conditioner seems a bit outdated and takes some time to cool the room. Given the hot weather, we had to keep the A/C running most of the time. It would be great if the host could consider upgrading the air conditioner, especially if guests are expected to switch it off whenever they leave the apartment.

The rooms were clean and tidy! Family vibe and peaceful environment. Easy access to facilities and parking lot. Padlock is given for safety reason.

Though it was easy to access the shopping mall, but not family friendly due to passing through parking lot, different levels and doors. Difficult access to shopping mall at Loft Lobby, many cars passing by.

This was the most impressive condo we have ever stayed in. So incredibly spacious and the view over the golf course and sea was stunning. I was super impressed with the very large clothes drying room. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of thoughtful extras e.g. ice packs, sauces, cooking oil.. The swimming pool was really large. It was very cheap to get taxis. The supermarket in the main shopping mall is just a couple of minutes walk. Finally, the owners were very efficient and friendly, even when we posted the door key in the wrong box!

There were no sunbeds or shade at the swimming pool.

Location is good. Condo size is good.

The decoration and maintenance are not good. Sofa was very old. Wall and furnitures worn out. Bath rooms are out of supplies e.g. shower gel, soap etc. It is far from Luxury, only very basic.
