The Wi-Fi was reliable, free parking was available, and the location was convenient with nearby stores (same buildings).
The water heater did not work throughout our stay. Although the host responded promptly and attempted to resolve the issue, it remained unfixed due to difficulties obtaining spare parts over the weekend.
Rubbish was not collected for several days, and the room hanger was broken.
The location is near an abandoned water village, which was unattractive and an eyesore. In addition, the service apartment's name is misleading and difficult to locate on maps.
We were asked for a security deposit which was not stated in earlier correspondences.
