Great communication with hosts. Very quick on responses. Unit was large to accomodate a family of 8. Tidy with clean linen and towels. Great location.
The bathroom both had a foul smell which from my experience is coming from the pipes. So understandably not much could be done by property owners but it was quite noticeable. Bathrooms could have had maybe air fresheners and could have done with a better clean as well especially in the shower area. Airconditioning in the master room was very poor, did not cool the room down.

Originally we book for the imago suite but because of the no water issue affected, the property agent asked if we wanted our room to change to Aru suite or cancel booking. We choose the Aru suite and our stay were comfortable as we have water and are very comfortable. Big Thanks to the agent for the info and changes. Would recommend anyone to book with Kwen Loft.

The location near Imago / Convenient to reach. Had aircons, hot and cold water, TV, balcony, washing machine, enough beds for family of 6.
Was expecting bigger area, small insects in the bathroom. 1 aircon not working/ironing board broken but after informing the owner was fixed/sent new one.
