AJ Suites @ Loft Imago KK

What I liked most about the property was the beautiful view and the peaceful atmosphere. The scenery was amazing, and it made the whole stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. The property was a lovely place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and create wonderful memories. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

One thing i really liked was that the staff responded very quickly whenever we needed help. The good thing is they refunded our full deposit on the same day, and i really appreciate that.

The homestay is beautiful and looks luxurious, but it was a little dirty. I was also disappointed because one of the staff seemed to accuse us of scratching the TV, eventho we had been in the homestay for less than an hour. We only asked for help to set up the TV because Youtube/Netflix were not working. During cleaning, the staff only swept the dirt into the living room, so we had to sweep and throw it away ourselves. Some of the lights were also not working.

No breakfast, but location is perfect , just in the big city mall IMAGO

So far so good

No breakfast was provided but many eateries just next door and within walking distance. Felt safe and easy to get around.

The lounge chair was not comfortable. It opens up into a temporary bed but when as a seat, the back part doesn't stay secure. The chair slides dangerously out and flips open, causing one of us to hit our head on the hard wall badly. This was reported to Miss Wong, the representative of the unit but she did not respond, say or do anything about it. Cushions would provide some sort of comfort. After that we were consciencely very cautious when sitting down on the lounge chair. The pillows were not good quality, extra pillows were lumpy and hard. Kitchen and basins should have both hot and cold water. Ironing board was bent over. Better instructions on using the washing machine. Not efficient kitchen utensils and tea towels, no teaspoons, table knives, flat dinner plates.
