Semua kemudahan disediakan seperti peti ais,mesin basuh. Untuk ke Imago pun tidak terlalu jauh, hanya berjalan kaki dengan menggunakan jejantas pun boleh sekiranya malas untuk menghadap kesesakan lalulintas dan parking yang sentiasa penuh di Imago.
Lot parking di kawasan sutera avenue agak mengelirukan bagi yang pertama kali masuk ke kawasan parking.

The building ground floor is very strategic and convenient! Got Orange convenient store right there, and also plenty of food and drinks options — Chagee for your drinks craving, while for food got Kopi Ping Cafe, Mr Bao (do take note non-halal) and Chunk and Dunk. Everything is just downstairs, so no need to go far far just to tapao or grab a quick bite. Really very convenient.
The apartment wasn't very clean upon arrival—dust was noticeable in several corners of the space. The bathroom drain was clogged, though the host resolved this promptly once we reported it. Additionally, the mattress was too soft for our comfort. The facilities could use an upgrade, as they didn't seem well maintained—for example, the lift wasn't air-conditioned.
