Location. The apartment is spacious and clean. The gas stove is very welcome for quick meals. Location again, nearest to lift, swimming pool and garden.
Metal legs of the dining chairs makes annoying screech against the floor. Would prefer a thicker drapes for front windows for privacy. Some pillows are too firm.

Has 3 toilets, location near to garden & shopping mall & lastly the lights have dimmer.
Most of the property are old especially the beds

It is poorly renovated. Plastic plates and cup’s provided. Improper dining table.
