Very tidy, nearest convenience shop.

For the master room the mattress given is very hard and uncomfortable and very noisy at night.

The apartment is in a good and convenient location for our purpose (to attend a wedding). Needed an apartment with a washing machine and sufficient space to dry the washing..it ticked that box. It's next to Centre Point shopping mall. There's food court and a supermarket. Tip: use the side entrance. Read reviews about the old, saggy and stained couch. The host listened and acted. There was a different couch and also two had throws over them. The host also acknowledged and acted on one of 2 issues I pointed out. The other should be fixed for the next guest. Though the whole complex is rather dated but again for our purpose it is satisfactory. It sure is no Hilton but if you're not fussy, you'll survive.

If the number lock for the mail box could be changed to one with larger numbers and not silver against silver (hard to read when shined on with the touch as the lobby is dim) that would be good. Numbers are too small (read elderly eyesight 😂) Oh the water pressure is not great, guess this is usually an issue with being in an apartment. Had stayed in several apartments previously and water pressure is usually lacking (a Malaysian thing 🤔)

Near city area and spacious apartment.

Very good and cheap price, and the location is very good. However, the unit is located in old condominium, the unit is also old especially the bathroom. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. Generally, the entire unit is clean.

Good if the host can deep clean the bathroom as it has old stains which probably not able to remove just with normal cleaning. Other than that, the unit is very acceptable for the price paid.
