Host was super helpful with making sure we know how to find the apartment keys and designated car park. She’s super responsive and bothered to make sure everything was alright at the apartment. Instruction videos were sent prior to arrival. Location was perfect the mall was just a few floors down.
The entrance into the apartment lift area from the car park was odd with a few steps up. It was challenging to carry luggage’s up those steps. Better off unloading at the lobby area however there wasn’t any proper drop off point. Cars weren’t supposedly allowed to stop infront of the lobby.

1. Yoyo的回复非常迅速，我的需求基本都被满足了。
2. 因为是自驾游，没想到的是Yoyo在entrance门口等着我们，还带我们到Parking位子，节省了寻找的时间，这点太好了。
3. 带着一家大小，有老有小，Overall 都很不错。地点也好，开车去哪都方便，楼下就是商场，也很方便（进商场的话一定要跟着原路返回才能够找回回家的lift）。
4. 下次要住Imago的话，我还是会回来。
1. 就是要开电视机的时候一直开不了，很多要会员login才能够开。也反应给Yoyo了，她也安排了人解决，但想到要看电视的当下还要处理这个那个的，就会有点闲，最后还是不看了。（可以的话，贴一个开电视机的说明，怎么按可以马上看到电视频道，会好很多）。
2. 因为面向大马路，大房的窗口隔音可能还能加强，晚上睡觉偶尔会听到摩托车在路上飞奔的声音。但没听到飞机飞过的声音，这个还是可以接受的。
