Set within a Tuscan olive grove, at just 9 km from the renowned beaches of Versilia, Villa La Peleca is a corner of paradise and an oasis of relaxation.
The villa, 120 sq m, is surrounded by a large, luxuriant garden, 3000 sq m, replete with flowers, plants and age-old olive trees. Here on a sunny terrace sits a private swimming pool (8x4 m, 150 cm deep, open from mid-May to mid-October) from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the coast. On the same terrace, there is also a gazebo, a barbecue and a brick wood-burning oven, perfect for pizzas.
The ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with children or for two couples of friends, looking for a combination of peace, good food, sea, sports, nightlife and cities of art.

From the large sliding windows of the furnished veranda, which overlooks the pool and the garden, one can access the outside directly, walking through the cacti and aromatic plants’ garden beds.
In the evening, the blue LED lights of the pool and the breathtaking sunset, which can be admired while sipping a glass of Tuscan wine, create a magical atmosphere for al-fresco dining.

The entrance leads directly into a large open space with a fully-equipped Tuscan-style kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave), embellished with Carrara marble, a living area with sofa, armchairs, a fireplace and a large dining table. On the same floor, there are also 2 bathrooms with a shower and a double bedroom. From the living area, a couple of steps lead down to a second double bedroom, with an extra single bed.

The garden is fully fenced and is accessed from the road, via electric gates, to a private car park with 2 parking spaces. Its position guarantees maximum privacy and is accessible by asphalt road and, only in the last stretch, by a dirt road, as is typical in most Tuscan scenarios.

In the countryside around the villa, there are various hillside paths on which to hike and explore the surroundings.
