Die zentrale Lage und damit verbunden kurze Wege zur Strandpromenade, den Restaurants und dem Bahnhof. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tiefgarage ist auch angenehm und vor allem gut beleuchtet und auch gut gesichert.

Die gesamte Anlage in Travemünde ist sehr schön. Auch die Sauna haben wir gern benutzt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die Beleuchtung ist im Winter etwas spärlich. Leider gibt es in fast allen Wohnungen diese schwarze Stehlampe (wir waren in 4 verschieden Wohnungen) und die leuchtet den Wohnbereich nur punktuell aus. Auch ein einige Auflockerungen, wie Kissen auf dem Sofa wären schön.
