Die Wohnung liegt in sehr guter Lage, relativ ruhig und doch zentral. Fußläufig war alles zu erreichen, nicht alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung bietet genug Abwechslung (Parkanlagen, Strandnähe, Wanderweg nach Timmendorfer Strand, Bahnverbindung nach Lübeck).
