This spacious 3-room apartment with approximately 70 m² of living space offers plenty of room for up to six people and features high-quality amenities, a sunny loggia, and two full bathrooms—ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.
A real highlight is the covered, southeast-facing loggia, which you can access directly from the dining area. Here you can enjoy many hours of sunshine from morning into the afternoon—surrounded by the healthy seaside climate of the nearby Baltic Sea. Whether for breakfast in the fresh air, relaxing with a book, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening—this sheltered outdoor area with patio furniture invites you to linger at any time of day.
Inside the apartment, a bright, modern living atmosphere awaits you. The floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing let in plenty of natural light, while the underfloor heating in every room provides cozy warmth. Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll stay perfectly connected even while on vacation.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster—and, of course, plenty of space in the adjoining dining area for shared meals.
