Great location - very handy to the stadium to watch the rugby. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too.

We had to pay a security deposit. We are an older respectable couple and will not leave a mess or cause damage so find this unnecessary and annoying. Keys had to be picked up and dropped off at a location that was about a 10min walk away and was closed when we went to return keys. Great emphasis put on returning keys or money would be taken from security deposit. We found this unfair if the return place is not open.

The location was perfect for our weekend in Cardiff and it was great that a parking permit was provided as parking is always difficult in the city. The apartment is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen for three. We received great communication from Jaz both before and during our stay.

The sofa bed is very firm both to sit and sleep on and there are no window coverings in the lounge so the third person in our party was woken very early in the morning. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for us, the internal stairs are steep and go across three floors as the flat is on the top floor.

La ubicación y el mercado del día domingo en frente.

Las escaleras son un poco incómodas, en adicion la falta de cortina en una de las ventanas frontales y la limitación de platos y cubiertos, esto entendiendo que es para ospedarce 3 personas pero en nuestro caso tuvimos un invitado a comer y surgió la limitación.

Розташування гарне:недалеко від центру,але район тихий.На кухні є чай,кава,цукор.Ліжко досить велике,а ось диван на двох явно замалий.

Вже після оплати за проживання нам написали,що потрібно внести заставу в розмірі навіть більшим,ніж оплата за проживання.Ця сума була заблокована на картці.А наступного дня після відїзду,з нас зняли таку суму ще раз.Потім після дзвінків до офісу і розбірок,вони вибачались і повернули другу суму.А перша повернулась тільки на 11 день з дня зняття.
