The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle, plus close to the route 14 & 18 tram with direct access into the city centre. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Free Luggage storage. Good breakfast provided due to my genius level 3.

We stayed in this hotel the week prior and the facilities, location etc were still great. Close to the airport with a free shuttle and the tram into the city centre. The bar staff were very good and up for a chat which is very welcoming.
Our stay the week prior included breakfast which the reception explained was because of my genius 3 level. However when we returned a week later after our journey into the Alps, there was no breakfast. After explaining what happened the prior week we were just told bluntly we didn’t include it in the booking so we would need to pay this time. Needless to say we had a nice breakfast near Lake Geneva instead.

The room was comfortable &!the breakfast was ok
The self service check in at the main entrance was confusing & we weren’t aware the main reception was upstairs until a staff member told us as the self service check in wasn’t accepting our information.
When we arrived we asked about the shuttle bus times the next morning & reception advised the bus runs every 20 minutes.
We went downstairs at 9am to get the shuttle bus as we had to catch the 9.55am train to Zermatt but the driver told us he had a break until 9.50am which we told him was too late.
Therefore we had to go back up to reception to ask to get a taxi booked to take us to the station which cost us CHF28 which we were quite angry about.
If the hotel had told us there wasn’t a shuttle bus running from 9-9.50am then we would have went earlier to get the bus.
It’s not the drivers fault but the Hotel as we asked about the shuttle bus the night we arrived & also when we went for breakfast & were told the bus would be available.
In normal circumstances we would have walked to the station but we had heavy ski equipment to carry
