The Number 10 Bus !!!!!!

Everything you expect at an Ibis budget. The real bonus for me was the Number 10 bus. The stop is right outside and its just 4 stops from the airport. The Number 10 also goes right into central Geneva. Additionally it is free public transport for tourists!!!

The property is extremely close to the airport which is also brilliant for buses and the station.

The breakfast was awful value for money. Luckily we only ate once there but the once was enough. The bedroom was Extremely basic

Gallic Shrug in Switzerland.

It's location is good, on bus line 10 for airport and city. Next to retail centre, however many places closed on Sundays. (Yes, this is Switzerland! I have lived there...) Breakfast also good.

Staff member at breakfast was very rude. I took a cloth napkin which was readily visible. Staff member barked at me, pointing at paper napkins. I gave the cloth napkin to the assistant and took paper ones. I showed the assistant a dirty knife and received a Gallic shrug in response. (French speaking part of Switzerland). 'Not my fault/what's the issue' were the messages here. I have worked in hospitality in the UK; not known for brilliant customer service. In such a circumstance I was trained to respond:: 'I'm sorry, that shouldn't have happened. Thanks for letting me know, and not merely leaving the item in the tray'. I used Geneva to access south east France. Next time I'll fly to and from Lyon.

Clean room. location useful for the airport.

Room far too small for 3 adults, bathroom too small. Breakfast was very limited, expected more hot options for the price paid. TV had no smart apps such as Netflix.

Pleasant stay with lovely views.

The room was smaller than I expected, but it was cozy, clean, and the views were beautiful, I really enjoyed that. Breakfast was hearty, and housekeeping kept everything clean throughout my stay. Check-in was quick and seamless, which I appreciated after arriving late at night. The staff were generally hospitable and helpful. I’m also grateful for the late check-out, the safe storage of my bags, and being allowed to relax on the property while waiting for my flight. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with lovely views.

Good!

Great location! The hotel is just 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. They also provide complimentary travel cards valid for travel within Geneva which is of great help. Courteous staff and easy check-in, check-out process.

Room size is very small thus it feels cramped. We stayed in a 3 bedded room but the 3rd bed is a bunk bed which is placed on top of the main bed. Access and comfort level of the bunk bed is limited, can be used by children only.

Good value for money

The breakfast was really nice, with various options and the staff was friendly. Also the bed was comfortable. Overall the room exceeded my expectations for the price.

The light system is a bit strange, you need to get used to it. Also the window cannot be opened. AC was working, but it wasn't very strong - so it sometimes lacked air in the room

The accommodation was decent and the location was excellent.

The location was very convenient and the facilities were quite good too. I thought the staff were very hospitable and accommodating throughout my entire stay.

1. At some point during my stay, the bathroom smelled very bad. I'm not quite sure why. This made showering an unpleasant experience. 2. The room I was staying in was not very spacious.

De location is the front of the biggest mall. The relationship between the price and the service is very good. Also services are perfect according to the price.

Good hotel for reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located near Geneva Airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with several options to choose from. The hotel also provides a free transportation card valid for all public transport within the canton of Geneva for the entire duration of your stay.

There were ants living on the windowsill in the room. It's best not to leave any food out.

Too simple

The property is well located. It's not in the city center but you can take a tram nearby and get anywhere. There is a nice shopping mall in front of the hotel.

The room is really small. The breakfast is not so good. Just few options. To take the tram you've to walk 800m (but the bus stop is very close). I just think this hotel is too expensive for what it offer, but this is quite normal in Switzerland.

Location is excellent. Nearby mall, public transport and easy accessed from aeroport. Staff are helpful, nice and very kind. Food are also nice, room is quiet and comfortable facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location for wider area and city travel.

Walkable from the airport and then short distance into town on bus or tram on the road straight outside. Would stay again as a good convenient and cost effective base in the city or to explore the wider Lake Geneva area as all greatly accessible by train from here.

Everything worked well for me. I travelled alone. If you are travelling with friend/partner/family the open nature of the bathroom may give reduced privacy but there is a room curtain than can be used.
