The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, nice room, several food choices.
The restroom has high step up to enter and leave it, which could cause a fall. Would be nice if there was a sign on the inside of the door to watch your step.

The proximity to the airport, the free shuttles, the clean super comfortable hotel. To catch an early morning flight from Geneva airport, most ideal!
