Disappointing!

The location is good, near a big and convenient shopping mall. The breakfast was also not bad.

There is a lot I did not like. To start with, the lady at the reception on the day of our arrival was rather rude, hardly giving any information without being asked. The so called superior suite was too small for the price, worse than I expected. I could hardly bend over in the toilet without hitting my head on the door. The shower room very small. The so called extra large double bed is nothing close to that. The so called single bed is much smaller than a standard single bed. We were served with disposable paper cups and spoons for our tea making facilities in our so called superior room, like seriously? Overall, our room was not worth the price!

Simply Great

This hotel is at an excellent location, very easily reached by Bus or Tram. A shopping mall with two supermarkets just in front. Family suite super comfortable. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended

Very functional as it met my expectations for the limited time I spent in the room.

Good stay and everything you need for a few days in Geneva

It is a nice business hotel, I liked the spaciousness of the room and the variety of food in the buffet (I specially appreciate the availability of vegetables and different proteins). The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall good for staying a few days in the city.

The gym was way too small, basically for one person at the time. The quality of some of the foods for breakfast is not necessarily the best.

I can recommend this hotel if you visit Geneva

This Novotel differs from many other Novotels - it's a bit modest. The one inconvenience is that you can't have iron and iron desk at your room - you should go to the special ironing room. Also somebody could consider that there are not so many dishes at breakfast. But you'll not be hungry - I think. The basic range is at place - eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, cereals, muffins, vegetables, fruits and so on. Personnel is well, ready to help. My room was good, bottled water is free and is provided everyday, also there are micro oven, mini bar, tea and coffee set. The location is good - close to airport, not far from city centre. There is a shopping center Balexert nearby - just cross the street. Beside it there is also 24hours Mcdonalds - you will appreciate it if you return in the evening when all shops are closed. It takes 10 minutes by tram to get to the railway station and city center. Or you can walk about 30-40 minutes. Big advantage is that the hotel provides a free ticket for all public transport for all period of stay.

The one inconvenience is that you can't have iron and iron desk at your room - you should go to the special ironing room. I also recommend to watch for dispensers with hand wash and shampoo in the room. Sometimes if one of them is over it is not refilled in time.

Good hotel for a city break in Geneve

Good hotel for a city break in Geneve. There is a bus stop nearby, where you can get to the city center in aprox 20-25 minutes.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been (there was hair in the bathtub and dust on surfaces). During peak breakfast hours, the hotel staff failed to prepare tables and replenish food in time – we had to wait for a clean table and for basics like bread. The breakfast selection was also below expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Good size room, clean, comfortable bed and quiet at night. Hotel was very close to airport and public transport so highly recommended. The free transport pass on all public transport that arrived before my journey was excellent bonus to explore the city.

Loved Geneva, next time we would choose another hotel due to the service.

Clean, well setup and large rooms. Good breakfast. The transport around area is easy to get to and use - Geneva is a beautiful city.

Unfortunately the only thing that wasn’t as expected was the very rude front of house manager the morning after we arrived. Novotel is a large brand throughout the world I’ve stayed with many times and the customer service here was not up to standard, mainly due to the managers rude attitude and lack of customer service - everything was a problem for her.

Nice hotel, room too warm!

Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious with a great coffee machine. Staff were friendly.

The air conditioning system wasn’t very effective. Overnight temperatures outside were between 18-22 degrees celsius (during the day it was 30-34) which was warm but would have expected the air con to cool down the room enough for night time. The room was too hot and we couldn’t sleep. The staff couldn’t do anything to fix it and they couldn’t provide anything else like a cooler / fan.

Comfortable & spacious stay with a great location.

Spacious room. Very good Bed. Separate Bathroom & WC was really great . Bath tub & Shower cabinet both were great addition. The table provided was better. Location is bang opposite a huge mall which is awesome.

Perfect Stay – Everything Was Great

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Suites in Geneva! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and letting us leave our luggage after check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered many amenities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva!

Great hotel close to the airport and shopping mall.

The hotel is close to Geneva airport, but it does not suffer from airplane noise. It is situated across a large mall and cinema, which can become handy. Public transportation to Geneva downtown is close by and very comfortable. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was rich and excellent. The hotel shares a swiss bistro restaurant with the 2nd hotel in the building. This one is also very good. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Nice stay - value for money

The location was very good for me, very close and accessible from the airport using bus 10 and still accessible to the city center with the same bus, so very convenient for me and my family. There’s a mall right in front for shopping and food so no problem there too. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Value for money, highly recommended for short durations

The room is very convenient for short durations (we stayed 1 night and it was convenient) as the room is very small and no room for luggages or even to put stuff in the closets. Toilet and shower are separated, no problem there but toilet is very small and the bathroom’s door doesn’t lock. So for a family room this was a bit of a problem.
