Very close to airport but despite that, no aircraft noise at all! Also, excellent and FREE shuttle service airport to/from hotel 3 times an hour, and with the free Geneva transport card, tram stop 6 mins away is only seven stops to the central railway station. Real value for money, and would stay there again if we return to Geneva

Great value. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. 10-15 mins in to centre on tram. Small but very clean modern room with ac, fun electric shutters. Let us check in early (10am) and store our bags on last day. A few shops nearby, play park, splash pad. 5 mins walk to tram stop, felt very safe and quiet compared to central Geneva. Would recommend 100% to anyone with kids

Unfortunately, my stay started on a poor note. The first room assigned to me was inaccessible because the passcode provided did not work. After returning to reception, I was reassigned to another room, but it was again on the first floor with sealed windows and no view. The lack of natural light and ventilation made the room feel cramped and uninviting.
I hope the hotel can improve its room assignment process and ensure access codes are properly verified before guests arrive.
