We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers complimentary shuttle service. The room was equipped with the essential amenities, which were sufficient for our brief stay. The hotel staff was also friendly and attentive.

The hotel is highly recommended. Although it is located around the airport area, getting to the city centre is a breeze. There are 2 trams passes close to the hotel and it takes you a few minutes to reach the main train station and city centre.
Choosing this area was excellent for our stay and the Geneva pass was very convenient to have.

Unfortunately, my stay started on a poor note. The first room assigned to me was inaccessible because the passcode provided did not work. After returning to reception, I was reassigned to another room, but it was again on the first floor with sealed windows and no view. The lack of natural light and ventilation made the room feel cramped and uninviting.
I hope the hotel can improve its room assignment process and ensure access codes are properly verified before guests arrive.
