The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to check in slightly earlier than the official time. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. There is a bar and communal area, but most people stick to themselves or their group.
You're supposed to get a Geneva travel card before check in, but they didn't send me the email so I had to pay extra to get there from the airport. The shower cubicle is badly designed and water leaks out under the door and into the room. The location isn't the worst, but it is a 20 minute walk to the city centre if you don't want to wait for the bus, and there isn't much to do in the area. Luggage storage costs extra.
