Overcharged wrong payment

Nice city, comfy beds, felt safe, quiet rooms and spacious. Overall good value.

One staff on reception so was busy. I got overcharged and booking.com are refusing to refund me and this hotel and booking.com are keeping my card on file!! should not be allowed. Not happy at all.

Great value for money

Good that you get free public transport from Tourism Geneva, and excellent futuristic vibes.

The communal kitchen was always chaotic and I had a yogurt taken out of the fridge, but overall it wasn’t too bad.

Price/performance place

The two single bed room was small but ceiling was high and there was huge window. The room and its bathroom are clean.

Single bed is very small. Additionally guests can't leave their luggage for free and the lockers provided by the hotel are quite expensive.

I like the fact that we were provided with a complimentary public transportation pass, and the receptionist even gave us some useful tips and information on events like the Christmas market and others.

Law price high comfort

We loved our stay! The price was unbelievable for the level of comfort. We had a private room for four. Everything was clean, and the hotel has all the facilities a traveler needs. The location is great too — right across from a shopping mall, which is super convenient.

Very pleasant stay

The hotel was not too far from the city centre, just a 10-15 minute bus ride away. The building was very clean and well-furnished. The room and toilet were also spacious and equipped with basic necessities like hairdryer and tissues.

the price-to-quality ratio is excellent

I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm and had a very pleasant experience. The conditions were great — the bed was clean and the mattress very comfortable. A towel was provided. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was convenient, and there was a shower and hairdryer available. The room also had a wardrobe and a desk. The reception and kitchen are located on a separate floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, a kettle, and everything needed for basic cooking. There’s also a shared area with tables and charging outlets, perfect for working. The location is very convenient — there are restaurants and a shop nearby. The reception is open 24/7 and the staff are helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Another great bonus is that when you pay the city tax upon check-in, you receive a transportation card that includes free public transport. Of course, as in any shared room, your experience can depend on your roommates and whether they are quiet or not.

Excellent - would stay again.

Really great location - 15 minutes from the airport and can jump on the bus into the city centre. Lots of amenities around e.g. shops, restaurants etc. Really quiet and room was clean. Loads of space in the room. Also a bar and a guest kitchen to cook your own meals if needed. Really vibrant decor and lift access. Excellent value for money.

Only negative was there was no safe or mini fridge in the room which would have been a bonus given how hot it was.

Gorgeous Geneva

The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your professionalism. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away by trolley bus. The stop into town is on the opposite side of the hotel about 3 minutes walk away, so very convenient for travelling. There is air con. Hand wash and shower wash are provided. The water is drinkable.

This is more like a hostel, which is not a bad thing at all. We have stayed in worse 'proper' hotels. The room was bsdic but functionable. If you are staying less than three days, your room is not cleaned automatically unless you ask for it specifically. You'll need to ask if you want your towels changed and tissues replaced. This was not an issue for us. They didn't tell us this whilst checking-in. There was no kettle in the room: we would have liked to make a hot drink especially as breakfast was not included. We all know that Switzerland is expensive. But this was not value for money.

The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Situated in a quiet zone, with easy access to bus and tram station and supermarket. Really appreciated the fac that they provided us with the public transport cards before arriving.

Convenient and good for groups traveling together. Close to bus and train line in and out of Geneva

I loved that this hotel offers early check in my husband arrived hours early and was able to pay fo an early check in a get some much needed rest. I also liked the lounge area with the late night snacks as I arrived quite late and was able to get a drink and a pizza.

Room was a bit small but average for Europe just could have used a bit more room for our luggage storage. There were 4 of us in a full plus bunk private room. So 4 suitcases plus extra travel bags were tight in the room.
