The room was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Supermarket and a tram station just downstairs, which made everything very convenient.
One important tip: make sure your mobile phone has an active internet connection and is fully charged, as you need it to access the building and enter your room.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit!

Unfortunately checking for me was awful but the person who was working was tremendous in helping me and fix the problem and get me into my room and set me up after that all I can save the places lovely wonderful the facilities are great coffee available cooking facilities and filtered water pool tables gaming station and a wonderful view of Geneva it's great if you don't want to spend all your time in your room and you can use your social battery just a little just enough to feel part of the community there I would definitely use it again.

The apartments were cleverly designed with lots of storage and attractive layout , good bathroom and kitchen facilities . The communal area is excellent with free drinks machine, lovely wrap around balcony with views around the city . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

PLEASE if you're traveling alone please check if you have recieved the chein-in email beforehand.
I didn't recieved any emails and thinking it should be solved at the place but my flight got delayed and arrived at the entrance after 11 pm. There is no one answering the doorbell and no one answering phones. I don'yt have a WhatsApp and I can't speak French so it was a terrible night hanging on the street at MIDNIGHT.
I was lucky that the fire alarm goes off after an hour or so, so that I can get into the apartment.
The location is good and the kitchen and facilities are not the cleanest. It's overall not a bad stay but honestly not worth the money considering the check-in day trauma...
