We had a wonderful stay at STAY Kooook Geneva. The concept is amazing and it really feels as if the hotel was designed by travelers who understand exactly what guests need.
Check-in was easy, although we had a small hiccup because there was a difference between Agoda’s booking confirmation and the hotel’s system. Fortunately, Agoda’s customer service team handled it promptly, and everything was resolved in time.
I really liked how convenient the access system was. Everything was in our hands, from entering the parking garage to accessing our room. Our family room was amazing and spacious enough for the three of us. After a long drive, we were welcomed with a small darts game in the room, which was a fun touch and helped lift our mood.
The modular room design was especially impressive. With a simple sliding mechanism, we could switch between a full queen-size bed setup and a more spacious area for cooking and moving around. It made the room feel very smart, practical, and comfortable. Especially during this heatwave, the room was air conditioned thus it became our sanctuary.
The common room concept was also excellent. We could relax, play pool, enjoy free coffee, do our laundry, iron our clothes, and even watch the World Cup together. It created a warm and social atmosphere.
The location was also amazing, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Migros and McDonald’s were also close by, which made everything very convenient.
Overall, this is a smart, comfortable, and traveler-friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Really a thums up for high tech self checking in whatsoever! You only need a smart phone for access anytime. I guess very popular between young generations. Room is bigger than I expected n I love the small kitchen. Close to international Airport n 18 mins walking distance after getting off from bus depot. Much convenient nearby n 3 Supermarkets around.
