fab place to stay

Brilliant use of space App is easy to use, great idea Top floor cafe and workspace is ideal Large bathroom, easy to use kitchen, small space but ideally set up, can't fault it. Definitely will use again, highly recommended. It's in a really easily accessible area with the trams, so super easy to get around and get into central Geneva.

Liked the planning of the studio apartment , bed was really comfortable, kitchen had everything it needs! And some entertainment in the room!

Might seem very “old” of me , but I really don’t like my phone being used as the key to enter the building, the room … what if my battery died and I had no chance of charging it or someone stole my phone? I get it, it’s modern this way, but I do not like it

Uniquely designed apartment within a quiet location easily accessible to everything Geneva has to offer.

The ease of entry was awesome. We were just a short tram away from the major city. Amenities were great and it was truly a neat set up.

Great facilities, great common area as well, and a little surprise game in the room. Overall super cool. They have a pool table and fridge with drinks in the common area.

However - the rooms are a bit cold, or at least mine was every single time. Also we saw 1 staff once, and they were grumpy, so I guess no staff is ok.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to a tram stop and to the city. Our room was very quiet and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly and always in a good mood. The coffee machine on the 9th floor produces excellent coffee, and the view from the balcony on the 9th floor is lovely.

We had a little bit of a problem with figuring out how the light switches work. Actually, we are still not quite sure how they work. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows are not exactly comfortable - they are too hard and puffed up :).

Convenience in Geneva City.

Everything but most notable was coming in without internet (my phone wasn't roaming) and getting connected to the WiFi of the apartment right away which enabled me to access my room.

What an amazing hotel to stay at! Tram is right at the front and only 10 minutes to the city!

This hotel has a unique way for guests to check in. It’s independent and all through web app. First go was a bit clunky but after that, I really enjoyed using the technology. The apartment is very well setup and efficient use of space. I love the modern aspect of it. Just enough space, practical with a full functional kitchen. The bathroom was amazing, from design to cleanliness, it’s just beautiful. Everything is well designed. Other highlights were their common space for guests to cook, enjoy free coffee and hangout on the balcony with beautiful view. The space has relaxing, entertaining area, quiet room, dinning tables, everything you need if you want to stay in. They even have laundry facilities and lockers for your luggage. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Love a friendly chat and getting tips where to go to explore the city!

Excellent accommodation

The check in, digital keys and check out were seamless. The room was spotless, well designed and so comfortable. Easily one of the best stays I’ve had in a modern property. The common areas were high end and I would have been more than happy to do a day’s work there. The bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfy. The parking near site was a bonus.

The parking was 30FR per night which was okay for one night. If we had known about the city pass being included we would have dropped the car before coming into Geneva (as on street parking is time limited and more expensive).

Great value

The location is right on the tram line and makes getting around town very easy. The check-in was simple and the cardless access was a breeze. The room was comfortable and a fun vibe and very clean. The common facilities were great and obviously cared for which was an added bonus to the room.

The neighbourhood is a bit average, but we had no problems getting to/from the accommodation so as long as you don't intend on hanging around the area it's not an issue and the tram line at the front door is great for this.

5 Stars. Can’t fault it for design, location, comfort & price

Everything is very new. The location was brilliant. Very close to everything within the city, it even sits above a wonderful supermarket which means you’ve got everything and anything you could possibly want at the base of the elevator. The ‘tiny house’ approached to the clever layout of the room was fabulous. We are both tall people so don’t worry …not tiny, heaps of space. We really wished we could have stayed longer. The staff on the ninth floor couldn’t have been more helpful and the views and common area upstairs including a well provisioned Kitchen, laundry, meeting rooms, dining space and lounge was great. They also have a great luggage storage area which meant we could check out but also enjoy the time remaining before our flight without having to work out where to leave our luggage. Fantastic! Also, their communication was amazing.

Easygoing, well priced stay in Geneva

The property has a great location - easy connection to the public transport and there are shops & restaurants around. The key ‘self check in’ was also easy, convenient and we didn’t have any technical issue with it (we used it to the parking space too). Our room was small, but clean and well designed, with many things you would need. On the 9th floor there is a common area with additional facilities, like washing machines, ironing board, big kitchen/sitting area and even a pool table.

Great location, studio accommodation.

Location, kitchen, bathroom/shower pressure, common room amenities, coffee machine/water dispenser were excellent.

Bed was rock hard, pillows mushy, wifi a bit slow at times. The room stayed cooler than outside but it isn't true A/C that you can control the temp. Didn't ever see the free pastries n fruit in the common room for breakfast, if it was offered we never saw it.

Highly recommend!

I’ve never been to a hotel that was so automated- no reception, no key card, no people contact unless we needed something but it was great! The location was wonderful with access to the bus and train just across the median. We chose to walk a lot too and found it took 20-30 mins to get to the tourist sites. The room was very clean, had plenty of space for two, with lots of light. We received the link to the free Geneva transport card a couple days before our trip as well as the key links to the hotel. Everything was perfectly thought out. We stored our luggage until 4:00 pm and maintained key access to the hotel entrance and luggage room until then. Rooms on floor 9 were available for public use and if we had any questions, a staff member was available. The place was wonderful and I’d recommend it 100%

Superfancy design hotel with everything you need

I loved the smart design of the room! It’s all brand new and fancy and even has a complete and fully equipped kitchen. The shared living room with its terrace and free coffee and fruits is a big plus. The staff is superfriendly and they arranged that i could check in my room allready in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great city break accommodation.

Great location next to the tram line and supermarkets. Access is through phone keys for front doors and bedrooms as well as the baggage store. Once you check out you can leave your bags and still access them until 6pm on high was great to have somewhere secure to leave them before heading to the airport. Facilities on the roof top area were an added bonus to be able to relax and get a coffee with pool table, TV and PlayStation. As it’s not a very large hotel/apartments then it’s never too busy up there. Walked out the front door right at a tram station and only a few stops from anywhere in Geneva. Also numerous bus routes passing on every street to take you to the Botanics or shopping and town centre for of town. There’s a taxi rank opposite for getting picked up and dropped off also.

Not really any negatives if you know how this type of accommodation works. Although there is no reception with people to talk to, as long as you have a smart phone you can access everywhere that is required and also message the staff if required. Door access all worked well with the phone link they send you.

A high tech stay in an amazing location

Amazing location. A supermarket and McDonalds underneath. Despite being very central, it was super quiet in the evening. The place itself was very clean and had all sorts of modern space saving furniture

Would absolutely stay here again!

The early check in was incredible, we came straight from the airport to drop our bags off (my friends hotel didn’t allow check in until 3pm); saved us from having to walk around with our luggage. You will have to connect to the WiFi to access the digital keys on your phone, and don’t forget to charge your phone fully otherwise it might be tricky but not impossible to get in.

You could hear a slight bit of road noise at night, nothing intense but once you close the windows then it’s soundproof.

Very comfortable stay in a functional and modern space

Very modern, comfortable and functional. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. Whilst the room size is adjustable (you can move the wall between the kitchen and bedroom) it didn't feel cramped at all and felt like a really comfortable size. The kitchen was great and the bed was extremely comfy. Checking in was easy with the door code. Everyone I passed in the lift also said they really liked the place and so did my colleagues staying on other floors. There is a supermarket and tram stop right downstairs.

The fridge made noise during the night so I had to use earpods. To open and close the front door, you use a app or website to unlock the door, which is really cool. But I couldn't connect to data sometimes so I would have to wait to reconnect to wifi before I could unlock the door. Would have been nice to also have the option of carrying around a key card, especially if you can't connect or the battery on your phone has died. I believe you could request one, but only whilst the hosts were around which isn't 24/7. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Fab property with everything you need. Would stay again. The top floor amenities were a great addition, especially if you wanted to chill out or dine in. Roof top area was lovely too. Keyless entry was amazing, we really liked this and felt very safe. Amazing location for trams. Couldn’t fault anything.

Amazing, newly renovated cosy hotel

Amazing place - the room has everything you need, including kitchen. The whole room space is very clean and new with very comfortable shower. There is a common area on a top floor with a beautiful view on the city, cosy kitchen and modern lounge area. Stuff was super friendly and responsive. Great value for its price.

Wonderful and truly convenient in every sense 🌸🌸🌸

The studio design is super modern and elegant, and you literally have all what you could look for. The concept of having a public area with free tea/coffee and fruits 24/7 is generous and cool. It truly feels like home 💙 The public space is spacious and happy, you can also sit outside at the terrace and enjoy the beautiful skyline of Geneva. It is also very handy that the public area has washing machine, dryer and ironing board. You also have access to keep your luggage until 6:00pm of your departure day. The online check-in experience is seamless and super efficient. Not to mention that the place is just by the metro station and right downstairs there is a great supermarket (MIGROS). The host team are friendly and prompt in addressing any questions. I had a most wonderful stay and would definitely choose this spot for my next Geneva visit.
