Studio was decorated lovely and clean. However the bed was awful, far too hard. The noise outside from the road and other residents moving around their rooms was so loud. We barely slept due to the noise and discomfort and missed our trip to Chamonix as we were just too tired. Sadly wouldn't return.

The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The washing machine was a bonus. We managed to prepare 3 full meals in the kitchen area of the room. We also used the communal kitchen on the 9th floor. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for our stay! Nice bathroom, comfy bed, good kitchen facilities, great location. The upstairs area was good with a pool table and able to leave our bags securely on departure day while we explore. Only downside is we couldn’t figure out the TV to share from our phone.

This Geneva apartment was modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend it.

The room was clean and well thought out. Great that there's a fridge in there too and loved the crossbow game. Love the fact that you don't have to physically check in, just check in on line and you get your virtual keys and was able to get in the room early which was a huge help. Fab common area on the top floor with great views, pool table, kitchen and laundry. Was lovely taking our take out up there and seeing people cooking. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, we will definitely return and highly recommend.

Not the best place for technophobes as the only way to access the hotel is through your phone. Other than that, it’s a great place with a supermarket next door and a tram stop literally outside the door giving access to CERN and Geneva Cornavin station.

This is a very nice, comfortable, clean, and friendly place to be. We really enjoy it. Thanks to do it so friendly and warm that make us feel like in our second home. We fully recommend this place to stay either for business or holidays. Gloria et al.

One of the cleanest, easiest, and most modern hotels I have ever been to. Super smart solution, well-stocked, and perfect design language (actually inspired some changes at home). Fully digital entry; access was perfect for a solo traveler after a busy work week. The common space was a real treat. Plus, the free travel card was such a nice touch, and I used it a lot! Because it was raining, I sadly did not get to try the electric bikes, but I know where I will be staying next time!

The check in was super easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and nice. Would have gave it 5 stars all around, but the glass door going into the bathroom was a little dangerous haha, maybe it was the lighting with the door-but we walked into it a couple times a piece lol

Our second Koooky stay in Switzerland but this one not as good as Bern. The same as Bern, the connection did not work all the time. Switches need labeling - so much time wasted figuring out what switch turns what item on and off, then trying to remember it the next day! The space in the sleeping area was smaller in this than in Bern, which made it harder for 2 people to get in and out of bed during the night. Again only one chair given for 2 people, so we had to use the tiny stool that was in the bathroom. The dishwasher was full of water in the bottom - this should have been checked after last guest left. It was obviously faulty. Great bathroom!

I had a great experience as a solo traveller. The laundry and luggage storage facilities were very convenient and easy to use. The room was perfect for me, and the kitchen was very helpful to have. The hotel is right across from a metro stop and a 15 minute walk from the main train station.

I didn't know exactly what to expect with the lack of front desk, but hosts were available during the day and were very kind and helpful. On Swiss National Day, they hosted a party for hotel guests in the common area, which was lovely and ended with fireworks visible from the 9th floor terrace. The location was extremely convenient for getting around Geneva, and the room and facility were immaculate and comfortable. Just a great experience!

this is a very futuristic hotel with ease of use. rooms is almost soundproof. did not hear a thing once blinds closed and doors closed. the public space is amazing with free laundry services and coffee available 24 hrs. hosts are quite helpful and available. would highly recommend for value and proximity to downtown as well as airport thanks

The location is close to the train station which worked for us. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. The common area was lovely and provided a comfortable space to hang out. I appreciated the safe place to leave baggage.

Excellently located aparthotel in Geneva - tram station just outside connecting to all parts of Geneva. Very modern rooms and facilities. Creative use of space within a confined area. Main downside is the rooms are a bit small as part of the space is creatively engineered to provide kitchen facility. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kooook this summer. The hotel is super fun, clean, economical and high tech. We especially enjoyed the shared common area on the 9th floor and our kids loved playing the shared games up there. The hotel features a really cool key system that controls the front door, luggage storage, and you actual room all from one place on you phone! Finally the hosts were absolutely amazing. Anything you need is available…more toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, pillows etc. On our last night there something went weird with the electrical in our room and they swiftly moved us to another room for one night. They truly made our stay that little extra special.

Super convenient location, trams stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are quiet, super clean, and the space is really well used. The common areas are great and clean too, with a kitchen, lounges, and an amazing terrace. Last but not least super friendly and helpful staff. No question: if I come back to Geneva, I’m definitely staying here again!

The location was perfect, close to lots of public transport. The place was so cool! The rooms had a unique and great family friendly layout with the 9th floor having a lot of fun extras. 100% recommend!!
