About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in an old farmhouse built in 1928 and has been lovingly renovated. The house is situated on a quiet village street with a 30 limit. Just past three more houses, a scenic conservation area begins, featuring meadows, fields, and woods. A wonderful place to relax and unwind...

The house is in a very quiet location. Many guests have experienced and mentioned this tranquility. Unwind from everyday life, enjoy yourself, recharge, and relax... That’s what I want to offer my vacation guests.
I try to accommodate requests and suggestions for improvement so that nothing is missing. The guest is king or queen in Feenland...
For small children, a travel crib and an adjustable high chair are available upon request.
Amenities:
It has gas heating and, in addition, a wood-burning stove for the winter to make it really cozy.
There are two terraces with seating, a sun lounger, a grill, and a fire pit.
The living room features a large 42-inch TV with 3D capability, Full HD, and Smart TV, as well as a DVD player; there is also a TV in the bedroom. There is a stereo system with a CD player in the vacation rental.
The sofa pulls out to provide a comfortable sleeping space for two additional people. There is a plush cushion for the sofa to meet the highest standards. An extra mattress is also available.
The bed in the bedroom has a very high-quality TEMPUR mattress measuring 1.60 by 2.00 m. The bedroom can be darkened very well!
Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, and all kinds of shower amenities, etc., are provided.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located in a beautiful village in a 30 zone, very close to a nature reserve with a gorgeous forest. It’s situated between Lüneburg and Hamburg.
There’s a bakery in the village that’s open 7 days a week and is also a great place to go for breakfast. There’s also a snack bar in the village.
Winsen is about 7 km away. It has a lovely pedestrian zone for shopping. It also features a great recreational pool, “Die Insel,” with a sauna area.
On the banks of the Luhe River, there’s a large playground for both younger and older children. There’s also a mini-golf course and a skate park there.
Public transportation
Located 3 km from Scharmbeck, in Ashausen, you can take the train for a small fee using the HVV pass to travel throughout the greater Hamburg area. There is also a bus service to Winsen.
By car, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach either Lüneburg or Hamburg.
You may be able to rent two bicycles, as well as children’s bikes for short trips around the village or to the bakery. Please be sure to inquire about this in advance.
