It was O. K. except for the honesty of stuff for the package and the cleaning up.

the place is feasible and stores are close by. the room is very suitable. plenty of kitchen stuff. facilities are clean.

. the house keeper did not come for the whole stay time 4 nights, so the baskets were really full in uncomfortable manner. the reception is not available for 24 hours. I was willing to leave a package at the reception before leaving to handle to my relative, but they were not available. moreover, they don't answer the phone. So, I left the package inside the room till my relative come and pick it up. I regret that when they came, they found nothing. this is not honesty from the staff.

Perfekt für eine Nacht, gerne auch für einen längeren Zeitraum, beim nächsten Mal.

Leichte Zugänglichkeit, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, des Hauses und den Kellerbereich mit kleiner Küche und Getränken und Snacks. Das Doppelbett war sehr sehr bequem!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war köstlich und die Mitarbeiter dort sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Hamburg muss nicht unbedingt Hamburg bedeuten

Wir wurden frühzeitig informiert, dass das gebuchte Apartment nicht bezogen werden kann und wir so direkt im Hotel ein Apartment bekommen würden. Das Apartment war großzügig. Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Das Schlafsofa war bereits bezogen. Die kleine Sitzecke vor der Eingangstür hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Apartment war sauber. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone, die Restaurants und Einkaufszentren bietet. Auch ist die Elbe nicht weit. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und schon ist man dort. Eine tolle Umgebung. Um nach Hamburg zu fahren sind wir zum ZOB und mit dem Bus direkt hingefahren. Oder man fährt nach Bergedorf mit dem Bus und ab da mit der S-Bahn. Mit dem Online-Tagesticket für derzeit 21,60 EURO (wir waren drei Personen), konnten wir zudem auch durch ganz Hamburg fahren. Buslinien sind X80 oder 8900, oder 8200…… Es war prima.

Von A-Z, alles besonders gut. Ausstattung perfekt und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Ein tolles Team vom Houskeeping über die Küche bis zu Restaurantpersonal

Ja was sollen wir schreiben? Es war einfach toll. Die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer im Appartementhaus sind sehr schön und hell einrichtet, zu beachten ist, dass die Treppen ein wenig steil sind besonders wenn großes Gepäck zu transportieren ist. Das Essen im Restaurant und das Frühstück sind sehr gut und besonders möchten wir die sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung loben. Es ist einfach ein topp Team! Wir werden wiederkommen und dann unserer E- Bikes mitbringen. Es ist nicht weit bis HH City und bis Lüneburg ein toller Radweg an der Elbe entlang.

Es gab Nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Beste Hotel in der BRD das ich kenne!!!

Alles es ist zu perfekt, Zimmer zwar klein aber verdammt gemütlich, Bett war wie wenn man auf Wolken schläft. Ich hatte zwar Bad/WC auf dem Flur allerdings nur 1 Tür weiter. 2 Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad( ich hatte meins für mich alleine). Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig, vielseitig( für jeden was dabei). Das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Preis dafür einfach nur unglaublich( positiv)! Das Hotel sieht mich definitiv wieder und einen längeren Zeitraum als nur 1 Tag!

Ganz ehrlich? Nix hat mir nicht gefallen.

Ich würde im Nebengebäude untergebracht, im Keller. Muffig, mit kleinen Kellerfenster, Dusche und Toilette nicht im Zimmer, ohne Fernseher. Nie wieder.........

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft für Mensch und Hund :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zwar fahren Autos entlang, aber Diese hört man kaum. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort. Am Anreisetag waren alle Plätze vorm Haus belegt und so war der Weg mit dem Gepäck etwas weiter gewesen.

Die Ferienwohnung war super schön eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Außenbereich. Parken direkt vor der Tür und das gesamte Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Termin am Nachmittag und durften die Wohnung schon vorzeitig beziehen.

Gutes und sauberes Gästehaus

Super nettes Personal, Sauberkeit im Hotel war top und das Frühstück war oder ist ansprechend. Leider waren Haare im Waschbecken des Gemeinschaftsbades. Wen ein Gemeinsames Bad nicht stört kann das Gästehaus wählen. Mir waren auch das Bett zu weich und das Kopfkissen zu dick.

Für ein-zwei Nächte kann man es dort gut aushalten, wenn man tagsüber draußen war.

Das Frühstück gab es in nahegelegenen Hotel, das Büffet war reichlich. Zimmer war sauber, der große Fernseher hat gut funktioniert. Es war total ruhig !!!!

Es war ein fensterloses Kellerzimmer, kein eigenes Bad; ein minikleines Gemeinschaftsbad befand sich ein Stockwerk höher. Für 2 Nächte , mit einer Person war das ok. Matratze war durchgelegen und fleckig, was mir auffiel als ich das Bett morgens abgezogen habe. Es waren keine weiteren Gäste in dem Haus, was von Vorteil war, da das Kellerzimmer zwischen dem Gemeinschaftsraum und der Gemeinschaftsküche liegt.

Alles gut, komme gerne wieder :-)

Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone, ruhiges Haus, klasse Bett, gutes Frühstück (170 Meter vom Gästehaus zum Hotel), Küchennutzung (habe ich nicht gebraucht, ist aber möglich und wird auch drauf hingewiesen). Zimmer Nr. 1 liegt im Keller, hat aber ein Fenster zum Lüften.
