About this apartment rental
Discover our new, modern vacation rental with a terrace and a stunning view of the natural surroundings. Ideal for anyone who simply loves being outdoors and wants to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Also ideal for families with children who enjoy getting out and about. Horse lovers are just a two-minute walk from the Equestrian Training Center (AZL).
The new vacation apartment is located on the first floor with its own entrance and a large south-facing terrace offering a magnificent view of a naturally overgrown property in the “green.” It’s simply beautiful, especially during the summer months, when everything is green and in bloom. The living area is approximately 70 square meters, with 3 rooms plus a kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
Parking is available right next to the property, and even a horse trailer can be parked there. We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests.

dishwasher & tabs, washing machine, pots & frying pan, bowls, dish towels & dish soap, breakfast boards, egg cups & egg piercers, coffee filters, various teas, and assorted spices.
Even though the vacation rental does not have air conditioning, our guests are very pleased with how pleasantly cool it stays on hot summer days.
Important information about sleeping arrangements:
Large bedroom with a double bed (suitable for 2 adults plus a toddler in the middle)
Small bedroom with a pull-out bed that converts to a double bed (this consists of two 90-cm mattresses, with one sleeping area slightly set apart from the other—better suited for two children or as a single sleeping space for one adult).
Sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeping surface is 140 x 200 cm, suitable for one adult plus a child, two children, or just one adult)
Salzhausen is the nearest town, just a 3-minute drive away.
Here you can shop at 5 supermarkets and, of course, enjoy delicious meals out.
If you’d rather not cook for a change, head to a pizzeria, a Greek restaurant, or maybe a Chinese place. Order a pizza to be delivered to your home and enjoy a feast on the patio—it’s all possible. There are various delivery services, and you’re sure to find something you like.
