Leider entsprach die Wohnung in keiner Weise unseren Vorstellungen. Alles sehr alt und nur das Allernötigste wurde erneuert. Matratzen eine einzige Katastrophe für Rücken geplagte. Die Sauberkeit im Bad (Stöpsel Waschbecken) ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, um nicht zu sagen: es war eklig.

Der Vorgarten und auch die Terrasse hinter dem Haus waren sehr ungepflegt, die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten etwas zu klein, das Badezimmer und die darin befindliche Ausstattung war alt und teilweise defekt, von der Größe eines Gäste WC.

Sehr netter und wirklich absolut unkomplizierter Vermieter!!! Eine ordentlich, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Mehr als ich bisher erlebt hatte. Kücheneinrichtung mehr als üblich. Sogar Desinfektionsmittel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das diese Wohnung auch Rollläden hat, hat mich unheimlich gefreut! Sollte ich noch einmal hochfahren und eine Ferienwohnung benötigen, werde ich sie ganz bestimmt wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Karsten!

In der Wohnung war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung und sauber. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge z. B. nach HH. Schön ruhig mit viel Natur drum herum, ideal zum Spazieren.

Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer absolut grandiosen Vollausstattung hatten wir 5 sehr angenehme Tage. Das Bad ist klein aber aufgrund der Regendusche einfach genial. Die Terrasse mit großem Tisch und 4 Liegestühlen plus Auflagen sehr gemütlich. Ein Spaziergang im nahen Wald zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto nach HH-Innenstadt über die Autobahn gelangt man in 15 min. Der Vermieter Karsten ist sehr freundlich und wir würden das Domizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Grünen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Man kann von dort aus Ausflüge nach Hamburg, Timmerndorfer Strand, Lübeck, usw. unternehmen und sich abends nach einem langen Tag zurück in der Ferienwohnung erholen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, sollte es Frafen oder Probleme geben. Wir hatten fünf sehr schöne (wenn auch sehr heiße) Tage in Reinbek.

Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man hat Zugriff auf gleich zwei S-Bahnhaltestellen mit P+R Plätzen. Dadurch hat man ein geniales Spannungsfeld zwischen pulsierendem Hamburg und Entspannung im Grünen. Auch an die Ostsee ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man braucht und ist groß genug, damit man auch mit Pubertieren dort gut zurecht kommt. 😃

Wir haben unsere Tage in Reinbek sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage wunderbar ruhig und mit einem Parkplatz vor der Tür wunderbar stressfrei.

5 Übernachtungen, 4 Erwachsene 1 Kleinkind: - sehr schöne Wohnung, absolut ausreichend für 5 Personen ggf. auch eine Person mehr - sehr freundlicher und gut organisierter Vermieter - die wichtigen Räume, Küche und Bad waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet - 1 Stern Abzug (ggf auch nur ein halber Stern) für ein paar modernisierungsbedürftige Kleinigkeiten (Fliesen, Fußleisten, Duschkabine), die aber bei älteren Objekten durchaus normal sind - gute Anbindung über S-Bahn Reinbek nach Hamburg - insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung und den Vermieter problemlos weiterempfehlen.
